What fish to eat as a guy who doesn't like Chouk?

I love fish, but I have a bad gag reflex that makes me take a long time cleaning the meat from the bones/Chouk to the point where I just lose my appetite in the process. Help me out pls

Who's going for a trip to turkey or georgia or silk road?

I want to visit new countries, from Algeria to mainly Turkey, Georgia, and the Silk Road countries. I am looking for travel mates. I already rented a bir Airbnb that has two other spare rooms. I don't plan to take money for the rooms as long as the travel mates are good people. How do you suggest I find them?
