Wild guess: Do you think the Vision hanging from Alice's hat is a fake?

It'd be kinda strange for Alice to only have a generic Vision, even if Pyro would be a logical elemental choice for her. Maybe she's got something akin to a Stellar Lynchpin or maybe something else, given she's the Sustainer of the World's Borders and has likely traveled abroad. Plus I doubt a simple Vision would give her the kind of magic she's capable of.

So, just as a thought, do you think she's got a counterfeit Vision and actually uses something else as a focus of power?

I don't have any evidence to suggest it; just a gut feeling.

Alice playability stock increase!?

one of the main reasons people were saying alice won't be ok playable is because she's a biological mother

but it seems the tsaritsa is also one and she's DEFINITELY playable

So she's most probably becoming playable pretty soon imo
