What a mess of a company right now

Bought my first pair earlier this year (tree runners) and really liked them. Decided to grab a couple more so I ordered some more in June. They were taking some time but I wanted to give them a chance.

Finally got (some of) my order last week. Over 3 months later. Several of the other items were apparently out of stock and they canceled them. So then I try on my new tree skippers only to find they are way too small. Same size as my tree runners yet they run way small. And of course they won’t accept a return because it was a sale shoe.

Sorry I had to vent. So does anyone recommend any alternatives?

Forgot to pack up my made in Korea Allbirds over the summer

My first pair of Allbirds, the OG Wool Runner Made in Korea, have survived a lot over the years. The toe even came apart from the sole on one, but it was still my most comfortablest shoes of all time to wear. Whilst I did give them a good wash in spring, I must have worn them and forgotten to pack them back up in a plastic shoe bag… clothes moths have had somewhat of a baby making orgy on my shoes😭 I haven’t dared to inspect the soles yet, I just tossed them in an empty bathtub whilst I think this through. Is it game over for these shoes? I obviously don’t want to risk this to spread if I am not able to kill all the eggs, but as you all know, we don’t get shoes like this anymore💔 Have anyone else saved their shoes from an infestation like this?

Many new shoes added to US online store

I noticed that the US online store has added a bunch of new shoes. However, there are many complaints about not receiving orders. I was wondering if people are starting to get their orders and if the increased available shoes online means anything.
