I've honestly been so confused as to why this stock hasn't gone up yet, in the past, but now I'm quite unsure what to think, in all honesty.
Would love to see multiple dollars by the end of the year, but is that just me being extremely hopeful/ naive?
ALP just filed a 6-K. Two investors exercised put options from the 2025 placement. The company is repurchasing about 1.196 million shares and 634 thousand warrants in exchange for returning their original TON and USDC tokens.
Roughly 5 percent reduction in shares outstanding. Cleaner cap table, less overhang, and a nice ownership boost for the rest of us.
Positive de-dilution move as ALP focuses on compute. Bullish cleanup.
Honestly, super nervous but also excited. Would love to hear your thoughts! (In this stock for the mid-to-long term)
What do we think the likelihood of ALP landing a government contract would be? Does anybody have info that shows they’re somewhat going in that direction? That would be an absolute game changer. What does ALP have that some of these hyperscalers don’t? What’s their competitive advantage? Curious what you all think.
