This set?

When you trigger Stellar-Conduct, Stellar Swirl, or directly deal reaction DMG of the above types, your ATK increases by 12% and nearby party members gain a buff that increases their Stellar-Conduct and Stellar Swirl DMG by 50% for 12s. This effect is unique and cannot stack. Can be triggered even when the character is not on the field.

And what about weapons

Good old Fav or the Catch? Or somethin?

Its really important information I need to know

What weapon are you planning on using for him? For me it’s between Favonius Lance (depending on how his energy needs are) and Prospector’s Drill (Atk% and the passive sounds like it would work good with him).

EDIT: I can also see Sacrificer’s Staff being good!!

(Ideally you want something that gives ER over direct particles)

Stats
200% ER - this is still needed even if he bursts every rotation with less, as this increases his burst and skill damage.
As much ATK/ATK% as possible.
Crit rate/dmg is not entirely useless on him, but build ER and ATK first as this is how he buffs and heals.

Talents
You're going to triple crown him, aren't you?
Skill > Burst, NA can be unleveled (but you're going to level it)

Support Playstyle
(Cryo attack > N4 >) hE (aim at the enemies) > Q > switch to Cryo DPS. Parts in the brackets at the start are optional.

DPS Playstyle
N4 > hE > Q > N4D. Switch to cryo support before N4, and between Q and N4D. Repeat N4D until end of rotation.

Lohen/Alyosha/Fischl/CMC or Odette
Razor/Alyosha/CMC or Odette/Hex (Nicole or Fischl)
Wrio/Alyosha/Yae/CMC or Odette (NOT optimal due to Wrio's kit)
Sandrone/Alyosha/Yae/CMC or Odette (Sandrone's BiS)
Cyno/Alyosha/CMC or Odette/Flex (preferably cryo, Diona or Qiqi work)

Alyosha/CMC/Odette/Yae
Alyosha/Chongyun/CMC or Odette/Yae
Alyosha/CMC or Odette/Flex/Flex (Flexes would ideally have one cryo for the CR bonus)
Chongyun's a fairly good option for Alyosha as he infuses his NAs and provides ATK Speed bonus + Cryo RES Shred.

Alyosha and Mitya are both names that appear in The Brothers Karamazov, a novel by the Russian author Fyodor Dostoevsky. It’s possible that these two characters will either be related in game, or will at least have ties to each other.

In the novel, Mitya is the older brother and Alyosha is the younger, implying that if they work together (and aren’t related) that Mitya has a higher position/rank than Alyosha.

They also have a third brother, Ivan, and an illegitimate half brother called Palov who works as a servant. It’s possible these two may become playable later into 7.X, or they may appear as NPCs.

Mitya is a diminutive for Dmitri, and Alyosha is a diminutive for Alexander or Alexei. IRL, Anastasia had a younger brother called Alexei, which may mean that these two work for her.
