How’s the Real estate market now in Amaravati
Like the title says. I just want to know how’s the real estate market now in Amaravati. Which area is more focused right now?
40 mins for 2 kms - 2 pm Hyderabad...we are cooked
It took me 50 mins to come from Kompally to near NIA (opposite Yashoda) and from there another 40 mins to reach Medicover in Hitech City. And this is something that has become regular. Not even morning rush hour. Mid-day 2 pm... we are so fucked as a city now. And the tragic part is that there is no resolution - they can't do their familiar parlour trick of U-turns as anyway there is no u-turn for 3 kilometres. They already have a flyover. They widened the road by a huge margin and also removed whatever footpath is there, zero footpath. Ab kya karenge chutiyas..
Kondaveeti Vagu Flooding at Lam area. This could cut off road between Guntur city and Amaravati.
I am aware that Govt had ensured that lift irrigation pumps were in place to reduce the floods caused by Kondaveeti Vagu in core capital region. However, I am not sure if they would be effective in preventing upstream floods in the Lam area.
Last year during July, I travelled to Peddaparimi from Guntur and I observed a lot of water logging right opposite to Delhi Public school. I guess this is because of Kondaveeti Vagu canal taking an abrupt perpendicular turn which results in an over spill during the rainy season.
Lam is a key stretch connecting Guntur city to Amaravati capital. If this issue is not addressed, during heavy rains it can result in Road cutoff between guntur and amaravati.
Are there any plans from the Government to mitigate the issue? Like widening the canal or maybe building a reservoir at lam to hold large amounts of water etc.
