Hey everybody. I just had the most upsetting discussion with Amazon. Let me give you context: As I was closing my Amazon Music in my car, it offered to save me 2 months by allowing an annual membership. It was $119. I wasn't sure if that was really what I was paying, so I opted to check and do an annual membership at a later time. They have been charging me $11.99 per month. I asked on Amazon website how much the subscription was. It told me prime members pay $10.99 and the yearly fee was $109.

I called customer service and said I was being overcharged and wanted my money back and to implement the $109 for a yearly subscription. They said it was $11.99 for prime members, I said no. They asked me to screen shot it. I had to hang up and find it again, which I did. I called back and started all over, then sent the screenshot. They say they can see the page. I proved it, yet they will NOT honor what is on website. Not for the monthly, not for the yearly. It is POSTED to the website.

Supposedly, they let me speak to a supervisor who would NOT honor what is on the website right then. They say they can see it, too. But.they.will.NOT. HONOR. what. is. CLEARLY. on. the. WEBSITE. I asked for a supervisors supervisor, same response.

This is now a matter of principal to me. I can prove the pricing and when. I am sure because Amazon is barely getting by that this dollar per month is a hill they want to die on. I am a retired widow, I don't think Amazon's stance is fair. I have NEVER had a big company not honor clearly marked pricing. Please, let me know what you think.

I purchased and downloaded every Rammstein album years ago. I’m playing my playlist all day long and I realized that Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da hasn’t played at all. I can’t find it on my albums so I go to ITunes and it shows that it is Purchased but it won’t let me do anything with it. So I type it on the search bar and it shows the album, but it won’t play unless i subscribe to Apple Music.

I do not wish to subscribe to any music service. I refuse to listen to commercials. I paid big money for uninterrupted Rammstein. Am I having technical issues or is this a scam

Using the Amazon Music Unlimited app on my TV has yielded the best results but not being able to get 24 bit files feels like a pretty significant bottleneck.

I’ve also tried Alexa cast directly on the soundbar but that doesn’t display stats and in any case doesn’t sound as good.

Chromecast and Airplay have documented bottlenecks as well.

Short of buying a WiiM or whatever, how can I get the highest quality streams on the soundbar directly? Kinda ridiculous the hoops I need to jump through.

Anyone else having an issue where it stutters the further you get into your playlists. It's really annoying when I'm trying to get to the last one. Is there a fix for this? I've tried clearing my cache and refreshing my music

At the bottom it says „We're performing important updates to your music library“ and I don’t know what it means. Anyone else had this problem or has an Idea what it could mean? They didn’t say anything before making that update. I was listening to music and it turned off automatically, I got on the app to turn it on again and then this screen appeared.
