Has anyone here actually used HighRise wholesale?

Looking into them for private label sourcing and Amazon FBA.

If you've worked with them, I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience. Did they deliver what they promised? How was the product quality and overall process?

How variable is your conversion rate?

I’m a new seller (2nd month), and this month I’m averaging 14% conversion, but it’s highly variable. Some days it’s 25%, some days it’s closer to 5%.

Is this normal? I’m not doing any content or campaign changes really, and customer revie w are stable.

Help me understand sales

I took a break and opened back up the first week in June. My sales are about $7500 but payment is about $3300 . I understand fees and shipping is going to take away from sales numbers. Are fees and shipping that much. I've only take two payments this month of about $1200 total. That first week I owed amazon about $250.

Does Amazon require every seller on a dietary supplement listing to get their own GMP/testing certification?

I’m trying to understand Amazon’s requirements for dietary supplements, specifically around GMP certification and food/product safety testing.

If there is already an existing supplement listing with multiple sellers on it, does Amazon require each individual seller to submit their own GMP certification and product testing documents? Or is it enough that the product/manufacturer has already been tested and documented by another seller or the brand?

For example, if 10 different sellers are selling the exact same supplement on the same ASIN, does each seller have to send the product in for testing and pay thousands of dollars individually? Or can the documentation be tied to the product/manufacturer rather than every individual seller?

I’m especially trying to understand how this works for resellers/wholesale sellers who are not the manufacturer but are selling legitimate inventory purchased directly from the brands.

Has anyone gone through this recently with Amazon’s dietary supplement compliance requests? Any insight would be appreciated.

Can I pay Amazon Ads with another company’s card?

Hi everyone,

Our Amazon ads account is now set to default to pay with Seller Account Balance (it's a recent update and I imagine is the same for most you), but Amazon also lets us switch back to credit/debit card.

My questions is, if it’s OK to use a card from another company, different from the company registered in Seller Central / Ads billing?

The invoice would still be under our amazon ads billing profile, but the card would belong to another company.

Could this cause any issue with Amazon, billing, verification, or accounting?

Has anyone done this before?

Is Sellerboard good enough for reimbursements?

I like Sellerboard because of its profit analytics. I was also looking for software to request ... (can't say the name on here haha) and do reimbursements, but realize that Sellerboard does it as well, even if they don't specialize in either. Is it good enough? If so, I'd rather not pay more money for extra software.

Does Amazon force you to have seller accounts in Brazil?

I only want to sell in the US, but for some reason while setting up a seller account, it keeps trying to set up accounts in other countries. The biggest issue, is for some reason the charge method keeps getting denied in the Brazil marketplace, so I can’t even list my products because of a marketplace I don’t want to be a part of.

Any advice would be amazing.

How much would you pay to license a design patent?

I'm interested in buying an ecommerce business that sells on Amazon. The current owner was selling a cheap $5-$10 item, and then a design patent holder from China filed a patent infringement claim against him with Amazon. As a result, they came to an off-Amazon agreement that the business owner would pay the design patent holder around $15k a year, which is about 15% of profit! The patent agreement is supposedly governed by Chinese law but I think the more concerning thing is that, even if the business owner redesigns around the simple design patent (the guy has a few design patents for this product...), the disgruntled patent holder can easily file another infringement claim against him on Amazon and Amazon will suspend his listing, in which case he will lose rank and sales. So my question is...what do you think a design parent license is worth? Does Amazon generally suspend your listing when there's something like a patent infringement claim against you? Would you buy a business with patent licensing agreement?
