Price difference

Me again with more questions.

I just ordered a dumbbell set, price on the listing was 23.99. I noticed that on the order page, the price is actually 33.99. Is this a simple listing error, do I just mention it when I review it, or do I need to report it to CS?

I have lipedema and was looking at buying compression boots to help. You can check my history and see that 11 days ago I posted in the lipedema sub and asked for some advice on boots. I was torn between two different pairs. Today, I found one of those pairs in my RFY. I have never been happier. Thank you to Vine for offering them, and thank you to the viners that left them for people who actually need it. They were £400, and I was shocked that they were still sitting there and that my size was still available. I even added the exact boots to my wishlist on 21st April, not because I thought I would get them through Vine but because I was seriously contemplating purchasing them. They aren't something I can afford, so I was going to try and save up to buy them. I honestly never thought I would be offered them, but I am unbelievably happy I was.

Vine item from company deregistered from Companies House

Hi all,

In February I requested some vitamins that popped up in my RFY. I've only just reviewd them because obviously you don't know their effect for a while.

After reviewing them I looked at the product on normal Amazon and read a couple of reviews just to make sure I hadn't left anything out. One person had mentioned that he had tried to look on the company's website to get more information about the purity of their ingredients but could not find a website for them.

I did a search and I, aslo, found no website. I was finally was able to find out from the Companies House website that the company - Vital Life - was incorporated on 18th September 2025. An application to strike from register was made on 27th October 2025. Final Gazette (removal from register) was made 20th January 2026. I was offered the item on 13th February.

I don't know why but I found this a bit disturbing.Any thoughts, gang?

Vibrators

My RFY items contain volumes of vibrators - all colours, shapes, sizes and functions including free hand, strap-on, in-situ wearable and remote control. I've even seen a Bluetooth one.

I have no idea why my RFY has any let alone so many.

I've never ordered one and my mind boggles to think how it would be possible to review one with relevant media.

I'm guessing a wave tank with ripple pattern analysis could be a way forward.

What to do about Amazon overpriced Vine items?

I have just received for review a Shark PowerProPet vac, and it is absolutely brilliant. Just one problem - Amazon are charging £279.99 for it, and Shark have it on their web site marked down to £189.99 (90 pounds less!). I know you're not supposed to talk about other vendors, but this seems to be excessive pricing. What would other people do? Just pretend they haven't seen Shark's own pricing, or mention that they have seen it on sale at lower prices elsewhere, or reference Shark's current promotion?

Items appearing multiple times affecting stats?

So I got up today to find myself in vine jail. Not going to make any excuses, I got gold in February and went a bit nuts, then got overwhelmed with the outstanding reviews and got behind, my own stupid fault. I've done nothing today except reviews, and have managed to get most of them done. There's still some left but mostly stuff delivered in the last couple of days, and much better than it was this morning.

But I was still a bit confused. When I've looked at my numbers I'm not sure they add up. I looked through my orders and there's multiple examples of the attached picture, different items, and about half of them are items I've already reviewed before today, hose being one of them. The hose is also being shown as ordered on two different dates, and I've definitely only ordered/received one.

Some items are also showing in my reviewed list twice, one as unavailable, one with the picture as normal.

I'm not sure if these duplicates are making my percentages seem worse than they actually are? Anyone else found this happening?

Sorry if this has already been discussed somewhere, but I couldn't see anything recent
