So something a bit odd has occurred. While looking through my orders to check an item which is on a long delivery (well next Monday), I noticed there was a 'Return Received' note on another item from earlier this month, an item I have reviewed and was very happy with so it warranted 5*. Review still on sales page.

Clearly this has not been returned.

On checking my reviewed items page it has now disappeared (it was initially there)

What the Sam Hill is going on & should I mention this to Vine CS? 🥴 Any ideas gratefully appreciated

*There was a previous item that was noted as delivered but never actually arrived, so I did contact Vine CS about that being removed from the review list, and it was, but oddly I've seen this too had a return received on my account order details page.

Both items are still listed in my Vine orders. (but not review page)

Other than that no issues with anything and the on the rare occasion over the years I've had something else removed, it's stayed as 'ordered' rather than returned.

As the title suggests, I've ordered a few things that are in my Orders tab, have been delivered (days ago), and aren't showing up for review. Other items ordered the same day and arrived the same day (all showing as delivered), are already in the Reviews tab.

If it were just one small thing, which it was to begin with, I would let it go. But now it's actually six items (weirdly all silly Halloween things except for a men's jumper) and I'm concerned that it will affect my percentages.

Has anyone else had this? How long should I give it? Do I contact CS?

Edit UPDATE Everything is back to normal today (the very next day). Thanks for everyone's help. I'll leave this here in case anyone needs it.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this.

We've had the posts where received items don't show up in the review queue.

This is the first time I've had some, but not all of the items show up.

It first happened yesterday and I established the

missing items had been together in one package. They still haven't showed up yet today.

Then it happened again with yesterday's delivery. Items from one package are there, but not the items from the other package.

Very weird.

I'm thinking of reviewing them from my normal account if they don't show up soon.

Just wondered if this happened with anyone else.

Just checked randomly when I woke up and I now have 14 reviews in my awaiting review list, zero when I went to bed so hopefully sorted for all

I’m a bit behind on my reviews but still have plenty of time until my evaluation. Today however I have nothing on RFY which has happened before but also both on Additional Items- only on AFA … so wondering if I can’t see anything because I’m behind on my reviews or if there’s just a bug today

Two weeks ago, I bought an item off Amazon for £40. I've been using it since, and it's pretty good, but I have been seriously considering returning because of a) a functional flaw (not major, just irritating) and b) a cosmetic flaw (the outer case is already getting scratched up). The exact same item came up in Vine this morning, so I took it.

Now the quandary - do I return the original one and get a refund for it? Would you?

Apart from yesterday’s leftovers, I have had 2 new ones pop up;

Is there a way to find the message I sent to Vine CS via the Vine Contact Us page? I’ve had a look in my account messages page but it is just messages sent to me by Amazon or third party sellers, not my messages to them. I haven’t been sent a copy. I haven’t heard back from them and I don’t want to have to write the whole message out again.

Much to my surprise, my review has been approved. I took care not to use words like "danger" and "unsafe", as I wanted the review to get accepted if they don't take the product down.

I'm now going to go through the "Report an issue with this product" process and I guess we'll see what happens...
