Directors Village seating question

It'll be my first time in this venue but from the pictures I've seen the screen is elevated. Is it worth to seat in the front rows for Q&A or what would be the best seating for that purpose. Thanks!

Accessible seating at Director's Village

Going to the Director's Village for the first time with my husband soon, who is recovering after an accident. He's 6 weeks post-op on his knee and it's not feasible for him to have to get up a bunch of times, or for people to be bumping his knee. He's also very tall. I got him the tickets as a surprise but now I'm nervous that it was a mistake. Can anyone advise on the best places to sit? Not sure if staff will let him sit in accessible seating - he does have a large cast on one arm but it's not the main issue.

James Cameron made a surprise appearance at ALIENS in 70mm tonight and watched the whole thing with us

Jason Reitman was also there and the ovation was massive, only rivaled by, "GET AWAY FROM HER YOU BITCH!"

That is all.

How early to arrive for Richard Linklater screening+ QnA events on 28-29th August?

Hi,
I was thinking of buying tickets for either one of the screenings as part of the Richard Linklater event. Since these screenings are paid ticketed events, is arriving an hour prior to the start a good time to secure seats or is it recommended to be there earlier than an hour?
