Head Turnaround

Making a new sprite sheet for my character. She has 8-direction movement, so I started with her head, making a head spin.

Main char animation and pose choosing (part 3) (read description)

Hi everyone! I received some more feedback yesterday—thanks to the reasonable people who left comments with constructive criticism.

I read everything, even if I didn't reply to you.

Topic: I'm trying to choose a new character design that people will like. Here’s what’s been done so far (last changes):

  1. Many people mentioned liking long hair, so I added that option. You can choose to keep it or remove it for any pose (need to polish).

  2. The breasts were bouncing too much—I checked some references;) and toned down the amplitude of the movement.

There’s also a version where they don’t move at all (though I find that one boring, not because I’m obsessed with boobs, but simply because it looks a bit empty without the movement).

The animations aren't polished yet. And, oh! I just realized I forgot to add the shell casings)

That’s about it. Thanks everyone, and a shout-out to the people who specifically visited my sub just to downvote all my posts; watching that was actually pretty funny))

New goblin shaman designs

Yo boys! which one do you like best? I want him to be versatile so it can be used as a healer enemy or a dps enemy.

Just need some help deciding which to animate. Thanks in advance!

Boobs Problem (part 2) read description

Hi everyone! I received a lot of feedback yesterday. I read through all the messages and tried to take everything into account.

The main issue was the neckline revealing some skin; it clashed with the second design (I removed it).

The second issue was that everyone liked the cape from Option 3 (so I combined Options 2 and 3).

And the third issue was that the hair was blending into the cape (I made the hair darker, though the video distorts the colors, making them look similar).

I’ve addressed all of this. Here are four variations for you to judge—featuring different levels of boobs bounce.

Below, there’s also a bonus showing some pose tests. Yes, the animations aren't perfect yet and need some polishing.

But still—with the boobs or without???

Pixel Art Animation For A Friend

Very detailed pixelart animation commission for my bud Anakensic ( https://x.com/anakensic / https://bsky.app/profile/anakensic.bsky.social )

I don't normally use Reddit but a friend of mine said I should try posting to some subreddits to get my work shown off.

This was a doozy to work on, pushed me to my absolutely limits of a sprite artist and forced me to think about how to animate a character from multiple distances at slightly different angles. Commissions like these usually take a few months for me to work on and are pretty pricey, so it's not something I can do for everyone all the time, sadly.

Some enemies I’ve been animating for my 16x16 dungeon asset pack project

I’ve been spending the last few weeks creating dungeon mobs for my asset pack.
Here are a few of the enemy animations I’ve finished so far.
Which one is your favorite?

Animator needed !

Hello everybody. This is my first post in this community. How is everyone doing? I was curious to know if anyone thinks they can make a short video similar to, but not a copy of this one. I have a clothing brand and would like to do a video like this to promote an upcoming release. If you are interested or have any questions, feel free to text me privately

( I am also aware this is Lord Stingray's, AKA Nam Mac's animation. I don't plan to steal his idea or art, I am just inspired )
