What's the most annoying / time-wasting part of making a Short or edit?

I make anime edits — two of them did genuinely well, most of the rest flopped, and honestly I still can't fully predict which is which. Trying to figure out what's actually broken in the process instead of just going off my own guesses.

If you make edits/Shorts (anime, AMV, movie edits, whatever) — genuinely curious:

\- What part of making an edit takes way longer than it should?

\- What do you keep messing up or redoing?

\- Anything you wish just existed, or someone did it for you?

Not fishing for a specific answer — might build a small tool off whatever comes up here, so the more random/honest the reply, the more useful it is to me. Even small annoyances count.
