So, if I may ask, what's an anime you guys don't see people talking about anymore? Mine is Smile PreCure
Spiky hair boy who gets jealous of other spiky hair boy. Still not the most hated boy in the show.

I think the key to really good fanservice is the emotional investment you have in the characters. There are plenty of pretty bodies in anime, but it's a lot rarer when it's paired with a heart the viewer is equally fond of, and when the fanservice means something. Which is a shame. Even if you don't care about objectification, it's better when there's some depth to it.
I guess two examples would be Tokyo Ghoul and Fire Force.
Tokyo Ghoul did it right, I think. Towards the end of the final season, Touka and Kaneki made love for the first time. I'd always considered Touka to be top-tier sexy, but after three seasons of getting to know her, it meant more to see her like that because there was an emotional layer to it, too. It's not just that it was more emotional - it was sexier, too.
And Fire Force is the bad example, of course - the worst fanservice in anime. Tamaki's Lucky Lecher Lure provides no context to the story or the characters because it's all involuntary. It just produces fanservice moments - nothing else. We don't learn anything about Tamaki except that she doesn't like random exhibitionism and we don't learn anything about the other characters because it was never a choice they made. Fire Force would be better if Lucky Lecher Lure wasn't part of it at all.
That's my take. Thoughts?
Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen was added to Netflix outside of Asia on May 1. https://www.reddit.com/r/JujustuKaisen/comments/1sb8dr7/season_2_of_jujutsu_kaisen_coming_to_netflix_on/
Example: Bamfed into MHA, but… you’re Windex guy.
I’m currently watching YuYuHakusho, Gintama, Fairy Tale and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (I’m waiting to rank them when I watch more of them or finish them)
No shame. Gojo was the only reason I started JJK.
