I do have an offer with TCS which provides teeny tiny package of 2.8 LPA, Is it worth in pursuing MCA here?

I heard that for Pg second years they're going to allot thazham hostel coming academic. As far as I heard people are saying it as worst hostel in the CEG since it's very old one . Can anyone add more info on that one ?
