First Flight
Hey everyone, I just took my drone out for its very first flight and wanted to get some thoughts. Honestly, it was a bit underwhelming compared to the reaction I've seen on YouTube videos . I tried both the comfort and immersive views, but I didn't feel much of a difference. Instead of that fully immersive feeling everyone talks about, it just felt like I was looking at a screen inside a big box with thick black edges around it.
On the technical side, my signal was solid the whole time, but the picture quality was incredibly grainy. I thought it might just be the live transmission, but even when I reviewed the recorded videos and images later directly on the goggles, the graininess was still there. Is there a specific setting I need to tweak to clear up the video, or did I just go into this with my expectations set way too high? Any advice or tips would be massively appreciated!
Antigravity Care?
I've had my trusty Mavic Air 2 since it's launch and it's been quite reliable. I'm looking at the Infinity Bundle and lastly the Antigravity Care options which are $200-$300 and then started digging into the details.
I have Best Buy Total Tech which would presumably cover the drone, but it would not cover the flyaway issues. The "discounted" fee for AG Care is $129 for accidental damage and $559 to replace the drone for flyaways.
Do most buy the Antigravity Care or go with no coverage or other options?
This is lowkey irritating
There is crease that I cannot get off the lens and the cloth just pushes it around and then when I wear it there’s a lot of haze. It’s not bad. I noticed it disappears when I looked towards the edge of the lens. I was wondering other people feeling the same thing.
