- Largest bedroom available with a walk-in closet and plenty of natural light
- 5-minute walk to Malden Center Station (Orange Line + bus routes)
- No pets (due to allergies + asthma)
- No indoor smoking
Preferred gender is femme leaning (but also trans inclusive)
- Residential parking permits are available through the City of Malden
Accessibility: 2 sets of stairs are required to enter the apartment.
