Have 3 passed Evals wit apex open rightnow that I’m not sure I want to activate due to the payout process , I have emailed 2 times but no response I would really like to continue using but not sure if I will ever receive this payout😭 anyone in a similar situation
Apex just said that all the profit made in sim will go into an escrow account and that they are very excited since they are the first to do that but doesn’t lucid already have this setup??
I can’t access anything on the portal ,not even notification.
Also Tradovate menu is not showing trading accounts .
Waiting on response from Apex help desk.

I was so happy when Apex 2.0 was announced earlier this year. It appeared that the only rules you had to follow was basically not blowing the account.
But I was wrong. Now it appears they simply moved their "rules" to the Prohibited Activities section. Before getting an account, I would read these rules carefully.
Now, I am OK with rules. What I'm NOT OK with is subjective rules - meaning it's up to them to decide if they don't like your trading and, if so, simply invoke one of these rules.

This one always gets me. I'm in a trade, I'm down 10 ticks. The price comes back to break even or so and it looks like it may go against me again so I exit with a 1 tick profit. Although it was never my intent to risk 100 to gain 1, Apex can use this to deny my payouts...

Finally, I've always maintained that if you don't like the rules then don't trade. I am OK with rules, I am NOT ok with subjective rules.
I requested a payout on the 11th of this month and it was approved the same day. It is now the 19th and I have not gotten anything and it usually takes 4 business days. 1 day ago my account got the notification email and is now saying it is undergoing maintenance. I see that this means I’m getting moved to live. My biggest concern is if I’m going to receive my payout?? Is anyone in a similar situation with the payout and then the live move… please let me know.
Granted payouts take slightly longer than expected on the new accounts but they do pay out. Thank you apex - hope you will put me live one day
Hi guys! honest question about the LIVE program. It seems this is on the go development, what I don't understand is why did they move our accounts to LIVE if they didn't have the program ready? I've been trading with APEX for the last 2 years and I held them to a high standard, however, that last move wasn't pleasant and they still work with some influencers and some affiliates and they still have their accounts. Maybe I am over reacting but this is an honest question, why did they move us to LIVE if they didn't have something to show us? I know this is going to take a while but they should communicate with their customers, I don't really feel I was moved to LIVE, I feel they just closed my accounts because I was taking payouts and I was punished because of it.
I want to add, they said we have a LIVE coordinator, it's been over a week and no response. They gave us an email to contact LIVE team directly, no reply. I know this is just my experience, but they should listen to their customers and not just leave us waiting with no explanation.

So they posted a new video explaining that they are working on the LIVE program and things are moving forward and I also heard some exiting things coming up, so lets give them sometime to make this work; they also mentioned on the email that they are revealing more info this week. If they deliver as promised I for sure delete this post.

I took a break from trading for several weeks and jumped back in yesterday through Apex. I realize they’re not the greatest but the account was cheap and I have no problem not sticking around with them. I’m aware of the controversy surrounding them.
I’m wondering if anyone else has some of these issues right now… This chart is for MGCM6. For one, the market looks absolutely abysmal. Lots of consolidation except for that big dump this morning, which I didn’t catch due to being at work. Also, my candlesticks are updating at a snails pace. I’m talking the price meter moves once every 4-5 seconds.
Is this a condition of the market right now or is this my connection through Apex? I hadn’t experienced this with other firms in the past.
Like many others here, I too am experiencing the "Account Under Maintenance" issue - mine since yesterday afternoon around 2:30pm.
I only have 5 PA accounts, but since May 8, I have requested 6 payout requests, all for varying amounts. Yesterday I qualified for another one but was unable to make that request.
Is qualifying for 7 payout requests the magic number to trigger this? No idea....
Maybe the most infuriating part of the past 24 hours has been not being able to communicate with Apex.
Yesterday they sent an email informing me I had 11 unread notifications. An hour ago, they sent me another email saying I had a new unread notification.
How are we supposed to read our notifications if we are locked out?!?!
Have y’all gotten your payouts yet ? Hasn’t it been almost a month now? Haven’t seen any follow ups from anyone also no follow ups with the live program. If you’ve gotten anything please share your experience.
Hey guys, my Apex portal has been locked on the "Account Under Maintenance" screen since earlier today. Just checked my Tradovate execution login and all 20 of my PA accounts have completely vanished from the dashboard there too.
My payouts were already officially approved last week via email. Is anyone else with a large account block seeing their Tradovate connection completely drop or wipe right now while the main portal is under maintenance? Is this just their backend batch script clearing out the balances?
I was approved for both batches and have the emails, so am I safe here?
Please advise.
I just noticed there is a different site and this is at the bottom... They're really going to be charging $1700-$2100 monthly to have 20 PA accounts. Seems like they're doing everything to lose all the profitable traders.
I ended up clicking on a random ad and was taken to "apextraderpartners.com" instead of the normal "apextraderfunding.com"
Please someone tell me I'm stupid and this is the affiliate payout amount or something.

Hi all, its my first time after begin curious to test APEX Prop Firm. After checking some month trader who are trading here and some paid account in other casses issues on payments...i take de desition to check if its true by my own.
Here I pases this account today just in 2 trades, lets see if activate the PA account and if they are paying normal. #APEX #Tradovate #Futures
Still trying to figure out exactly what went wrong. Had 5 PA’s and got 2 payouts off of all 5 and blew them mid March. Was 3 days away from payout 3 before blowing them. Was able to buy 2 new 100k EOD accounts, but after not passing the evals I was hit with no more evals during review. I’ve only had 1 rule break, which was October of 2025 and was a Rithmic fill issue that was out of my control and the support even mentioned that to me in an email, which makes no sense to admit I was in no wrong but still leave that on there after noting it was an error on their end! After the new site updates and new products my experience has been absolutely detrimental, which unlike most I’ve had a great experience with Apex until now. Any help would be awesome, but I’m also prepared to move on because this isn’t my only prop firm, just my favorite one.
I received this email today, and I currently have 19 active PA accounts. When I logged in, it said, “Your account is under maintenance.”
Did this happen to anyone else? Does anyone know what’s going on?
I got an email saying I have 21 notifications, and then I logged onto Apex to find that my accounts, my 20 50ks PA's that I have had since May of '24, are under going maintenance. I also cannot login to their new helpdesk. Can someone help me understand what this means? Should I be concerned? My accounts are all around +$2500 & +$4000 and I have never broken a rule and have only placed 1 payout on 8 of them. I'm a nightmare for prop-firms because I don't gamble accounts and marry them. I can still login to my Rithmic and I placed a trade this morning just fine. Are my accounts okay?
Update: all of my account vanished.
Hey yall, I know some of you already got some updates about moving to live. I was just told more info/updates will be dropping this week so just hang tight.
I know some of yall are in limbo, me as well. There is no need to start freaking out or spreading FUD, I'm patiently waiting as well so no need to freak out. Hopefully the update this week will clear a lot of things up!
To follow up on my previous post I am still waiting for my first payout from apex since May 8th approved same day. Was able to request another round of payouts for my 10 accounts today and same thing approved right away. Hoping the second will hit the bank account shortly after the first. Unless they just take 2 weeks no matter what

I will say apex targeting is somewhat random w the new live and “account maintenance “ thing.
Is there anyone else here who got an approval at the beginning of May but still hasn’t received any money?
