BRING THEM LEGACIES BACK! :(

There is one thing that makes me love trading on Apex and that is the Legacy Accounts. To be frank, the moment Apex removed it, i tried the new accounts but realized they are much difficult to trade on.
Then apex for a short time reintroduced the LEGACY ACCOUNTS. I was like take my money.

The rules are strict compared to the new accounts but the Drawdowns are terrible on the other side.

I really hope Apex brings them back again.

TAKE MY MONEY!!!!!

Anyone have this issue?

This is a 250k legacy PA. Requested 8/5 approved 8/6 (Thursday) it’s now 8/17 (Monday) still no funds not really what I’m worried about but more since dashboard hasn’t updated to funds sent or paid (this is my first apex payout) does the dashboard update to that terminology or does it just stay on approved? Should I escalate a help ticket?

Passed my first Eval

Started trading in May of this year with options. Blew whatever money I had on that lol. I then learned about futures around July and decided I like that lot more. Much more straight forward without all the Greeks. Kept seeing info on prop firms, so I bought my first 50k EOD eval in July. Blew two of them. This third one I just passed today. I have another one I’m working on but I’m excited. Your really can accomplish a lot in small amount of time when you just put your all into something. If you’re thinking about quitting just keep pushing. I have a long way to go and still haven’t got a funded to even get a payout yet but I’m excited. Those small steps compound overtime. Just keep going.

Payout buffer recommendations

Hello,

This is for the PA account holders who regularly request payouts.

How much do you recommend to make as a buffer until I request my first payout in a $50k EOD account?

Better to reach $55,000 first and then request it?

More or less?

Thank you.

Payouts before live

I received 5 payouts across multiples accounts for 12k. Now they are all blown. Is it worth it to keep buying evals or i would get moved to live soon?

Got my first ever prop firm payout! Thanks APEX!

money spent so far on prop firms

payout history with apex

payout proof, deposited on 08/13/26

Started prop trading this April and finally got my first payout!!

So far I have spent over 1000$ on evals and activation.

started with TopStep first and for first few evals, trading felt easy but kept blowing the funded account.

But this apex 250K legacy account finally paid. Took about 10 days for the money to come to my bank though.

Not exiting out of losing trade has been my weakness. But feel like I have found some way now, but you never know. Still learning ..

Thanks APEX!

Accidentally bought 2x 100k “with activation fees”

This is my first time with apex. I accidentally bought 2x 100k “with activation fees” instead of “no activation fees”. Haven’t activated /traded them.

Is there any way I could get a refund for these two evals so that I can buy the right one. I reached out to support but no response. Please help thanks

Are there any full-time traders here who can genuinely vouch that trading works?

Like, trading is actually your main source of income, and without it, you wouldn’t really have another income to live off. Curious to hear from people who are actually doing it, not selling courses or signals.

hedged for 10 seconds

I accidently hedged two accounts both PA for 10 seconds.

What will they do?

Really annoyed because i made good profit and am i about to request a payout.

I was holding a single micro runner on one account and entered a short but i immediately closed it. Does anyone have experience with this.

Payouts

Hi can anyone confirm this. The payout for week 2 is limited to how much you make on week 2 and not your account balance? Example my acct balance is 57000 and i made 250 per day for 5 days totaling 1250. Can i only withdraw the 1250 or can i take from my balance as well for the full 1500? Thank you

If you make it to the 6th payout on the new account structure, do you get to cashout your buffer with your last cashout?

For example, the 6th and final cashout on a $50k account is $3,000. Since the account will be closed after the 6th payout, does that mean I need a $53,000 balance or a $55,100 ($52,100 + $3,000) balance to cash out?

If it's the latter then that's honestly really lame. Worked for that $2,100 and can't even cash it out.
