Currently prepping for my first doubles HYROX on 1st November 🏋🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️ I’m very active — functional training 6x a week and running 4x a week at the moment. I’m 173 cm (5’8”), 68 kg (150 lbs) and currently at 13.1% body fat.

My daily Move goal is 900 calories and I’m looking for other active people to share Apple Watch activity with for some extra motivation and friendly competition! I love seeing people close their rings and hit their goals, and I’m always happy to cheer you on too 😊

Would especially love to connect with anyone training for HYROX, runners, or fellow gym addicts, but honestly, anyone active and consistent is welcome!

I have bunch of friends/family but no one really works out or tracks using Apple Watch. Would love to receive notifications of people closing rings. I’m trying to build a streak and would push you to hit some milestones. HMU and we’ll connect

Ice Hockey player; if I am not skating, I walk or run. Typically hit 90-120 minutes exercise per day, 800 calories, and 10,000-20,000 steps. T2 Diabetes well controlled with Mounjaro, eating habits, and exercise.

Looking for other hockey players, walkers, runners, diabetics, those on meds, etc. I want to be a positive force of encouragement - age, sex, etc. I don't care about - just being helpful, regardless***!***

Hello
I would like to add a few people because after having a surgery I stopped exercising at all and I don’t find the motivation to start over.
Anyone interested?

After having a my first baby earlier this summer, I’m trying to move my body each day and get stronger. All my friends are android users and I’d love some Apple Watch friends for accountability!
