I know there are sometimes little groups of people who bring magic decks to festivals and play so I was just wondering if theres anyone going to Arctangent this year who is planning to or if there is even anywhere that it is feasible to play?

How strict are they on the bag searches?

(No illegal drugs) just plenty of canned alcohol and prescribed meds without a paper prescription/ in named packing?

Both me and my wife are still waiting for our tickets to come through (Wednesday 4 day VIP). We have confirmation of our direct debits being payed, and I also have the ticket for my daughter, but no tickets for us.

Has anyone had this in the past? If we arrive with our evidence, does anyone know if they will be able to resolve onsite?

I see that parking is free if you have 4 people in the car. Are there any other steps I need to take or is it as simple as, turn up with 4 people in your car and you're good?

I've listened to every band, made my own ranked clashfinder, marked out the non-negotiables. But all of this has been based on the music.

What I'm wondering about is what this process has missed; who has a stage show that absolutely can't be missed? I'm looking for innovative staging, video screens, light shows, mad crowds, eccentric band members, first shows, last shows, album sets. Anything that doesn't come across when listening to their recorded material in my living room.
