Hello. I usually only play for fun and I do not take much time into building characters (besides arlecchino) . I have been using Alrecchino , Kazuha, Bennet, Xingqiu (?) as a team but I recently found out that no one is using this???
What teams could I possibly do with my characters? I want to know which ones I should build for my Arlecchino :)
(i have all 4*.. also I would like to keep Kazuha, I even have his sig weapon)
Am I cooked be honest - also willing to level any character
hhhi! I recently got her to C6, but it didn't change the damage numbers much-- she deals around 150k–250k per hit, and it's good tbh but i think i can do more damage somehow?
my team is arle + benny + xilonen + kazuha, full electro+pyro doesn't change the dmg so much
im thinking in save some rolls to get citlati for melt
should i try and get C1 arle or should i try to get her weapon first ?
Finally got Arle C6 and while watching the aurora nonetheless, although I must say, it was more impressive in her animated short and you can only see it from Morepesok, I'm f2play so it cost me since getting her day 1 in Fontaine all the way to today, she's R1 also but I don't plan on getting her R5 xd don't ask me about builds or other meta stuff because I avoid that stuff like the plague xdd
hi all,
i got arlecchino today and attempted to build her. i'm running a vaporize team with her, c6 xingqiu on emblem, c0 kazuha on viridescent, and c5 bennett on noblesse. i can't seem to hit more than 65k, and i am desperately trying to raise those numbers. if there's anything i should change, please let me know!! also, what would the best rotation be?
thanks!!!
Hello everyone.
So I decided to have another go at the new Snezhnaya web event and had a bit of showerthought, which has then led into a bit of a crackpot theory I want to throw out there if you'll indulge me for a bit.
SPOILER WARNING: Please bear in mind this following theory will contain spoilers for Father's story quest, her character stories in the game menu, as well as several character voicelines, namely Childe / Tartaglia, as well as some lines from Columbina in the Nod-Krai Archon Quest. Cool? Cool.
OK, first things first, please take a look at the opening screen of this event.

I'll give you a moment to admire how handsome Father looks. I know she's alot to take in.
All done? Great.
OK. So when I logged into the event, something I noticed the first time was how our Lord Arlecchino is positioned very differently from her fellow Harbingers. Everyone else faces forward together, except Father. She's off over to the far left of the image, back turned.
At the time I didn't think much of it (bar feeling a tad disappointed Arle was so off to the side the way she was when she should be front and centre, dominating the scene, but whatever). I mostly just thought they were doing it to make Father look cool in her own way.
But then I logged in today and had a second thought;
What if, by showing Father with back turned on her colleagues, in a very literal sense, this is a hint that Father's suggested betrayal of the Fatui will come in Snezhnaya?
Now, quick reminder; both Childe and Columbina have voicelines that mention Arle possessing her own distinct agenda, separate to that of the Fatui, and the former even pegs her as someone likely to turn against them.
Targalia (About The Knave);
>"Look, I've got nothing against people who have their own agendas — I myself joined the Fatui to get more experience in combat. But I don't like her at all. If she stood to benefit from betraying others, she'd turn against the Tsaritsa in a heartbeat. There isn't a sane bone in her body."
Now, this could be dismissed as him just not liking Father. We do learn in Arle's story quest that the Rooster, another Harbinger, and her share a mutual dislike after all. And the former spread disparaging rumours about her. And Childe is very much under the Rooster's wing (if you'll pardon the turn of phrase), meaning he fell hook, like and sinker for what the old man said by his own admittance.
But rather than stop there, it just... kind of keeps coming up. Exhibit A; Columbina said in the Nod-Krai story.
Columbina (Lunar AQ Act IV);
Whilst it doesn't hint at outright betrayal, once again this "Arlecchino has her own agenda" thread comes up.
Its not just Father's past and present colleagues however. Father herself suggests a willingness to turn against her majesty the Tsaritsa's agenda, which is honestly quite bewildering at first thought, it is not?
Arlecchino (About The Tsaritsa);
>"[...] All I can say is this... If we are forced to be at odds one day, I will raise my weapon against her without hesitation, because that is the greatest level of respect I am able to bestow."
Its an odd thing to say, isn't it? Particularly since the rest of Father's voice line prior to this speaks of the Tsaritsa quite positively. And I don't think it'd be said unless she already finds herself opposed to the Tsaritsa's will in some fashion, hence her thinking about how she'd manage being at odds with her should it come to pass.
All in all, I really don't think this betrayal is a matter of if, but when?
OK, so next question; why would Father want to betray the Fatui?
Well, I see two key reasons.
Firstly lets talk about The Jester, Pierro. First of the Fatui, and now their Director. We're told in Arlecchino's fifth character story that that he doesn't appear to care very much about the House Of The Hearth.
Jester;
>"I will be frank. None of you have any place in my ideals, for I plan only to uphold 'the virtue of folly.' But I can guarantee that our Tsaritsa will once again be a god who loves all humans, and in her ideals shall all human wishes be granted."
For all there is to say about her, Father does appear to possess genuine care for the House, as evidenced by her shutting down many of the cruel experiments that existed as a collaboration between it, the previous Knave Crucabena, and il Dottore. So this no doubt is not something she wants to hear from her superior, totally dismissing the House in this fashion and saying they don't have a place. A particularly grim reading of this might suggest the House could die for all Pierro cares. And this might well be supported by another piece of evidence;
Project Stuzha.
This enigmatic endavour on the Fatui's part was first mentioned in Arle's story quest, first in a chat between her and Childe, and then between us and Lyney, Lynette and Freminet. Whilst this project and its workings are still largely an unknown to us at the time of writing this, we do know for sure it involves the House. And said House - as stated by Lyney - believes the fact they're being dragged into this project is a way to subdue them and their growing influence, and it will cost them members.
Lyney also mentions in that same quest how many members of the House - which exists as a proxy for / part of the Fatui - didn't ask for their identities as Fatuus because of this connection. And that nobody around the House likes being part of this project, Arlecchino included. Though at this point in time, she lacked the full capacity to refuse.
As for Father, when she discusses Project Stuzha at quests end, she makes it expressly clear that if "[...] if those cowardly businessmen and heartless dignitaries try to take [The House] down, [she's] prepared to teach them a lesson." Without question she speaks of both The Rooster and Regrator. She also remarks that "[it is] imperative is to use their plan to our advantage. In doing so, a crimson moon shall rise amid the frigid blizzards of winter."
So its as obvious as the moon is bright that Arlecchino is working against Stuzha.
Speaking of the Moon, what does Father have now, as of the conclusion of the Nod-Krai Archon Quest?
The Crimson Moon Marrow.
The very origin of Father's curse, and now a source of power for her. It might just be the means necessary for Father to resist Project Stuzha for the sake of the House of the Hearth, and put her troublesome colleagues back in their place.
And we also know now, based on both the "Sudden Snow" trailer, as well as the "Everwinter Without Mercy" trailer that Project Stuzha is now kicking off / in full effect in Shezhnaya. And there's no reason to assume Arlecchino will stand idly by.
So... what is my conclusion here?
Well its fairly simple. Father will, in some capacity, make a play for power against the Fatui. I think her chat with the Jester a long time ago, alongside her pre-existing knowledge of Dottore's and Crucabena's cruelty against The House's members, already completely poisoned the well between Father and the Fatui. Father's concern lies only with her children, and so she danced to the Fatui and Tsaritsa's tune whilst trying to make an exit strategy for The House.
In short, I think we will see this matter finally come to a head in Shezhnaya, especially with the Crimson Moon Marrow in-hand. And I don't think either Father, nor The House of The Hearth, will be playing a part in the Tsaritsa's designs after all is said and done.
Prepare for the Crimson Moon's rise amid the blizzard everyone!
Ive seen people say that arle hex is the best with:
arle/bennet/sucrose/mona
but other people are saying double cryo with:
arle/bennet/esco/citlali
and someone said that this is the best:
arle/bennet/citlali/mona
genuinly what is the definitive best team?
