I bought the game last August even after reading bad reviews about the crashes and lags spike, and in the tutorial, not even 10 minutes in, 10 second spike and then crash. I refunded the game. It was on the series S I believe, maybe the X. Its been 11 months now, and the game is on sale, I have the series X, and I have thinking of giving arma a second chance to make up for failing me last time. I just asked Google Ai if the game is any better now and according to it, most of the issues are fixed but its still not perfect. The tutorial lag spike was caused by the audio from xbox supposedly. Crash was just cpu bottleneck. Can anyone confirm that it is indeed better than last year, as in its at least playable, I dont want a crashing simulation experience or severe lag spike, I understand small spikes here and there. Just dont want to waste my time again if things are the same.

Ai told me update 1.7 fixed a majority of crashes on xbox and stability issues. Idk how true that is, and the newest reviews are not doing the game any justice, but then they could be running heavy unofficial servers. I also have no issue playing vanilla like hell let loose

What You're Fighting For

COIN-GWOT is a persistent co-op counterinsurgency campaign. Your team assaults enemy-held towns, FOBs, and military bases, earns intel to find hidden insurgent hideouts, and keeps local sentiment from turning against you.
Victory requires all three of these at once:

1. Hold every capturable sector — towns, cities, FOBs, and military bases must be friendly-controlled. Hideouts and your main base don't count toward this.
2. Keep reputation at Neutral or better — you need at least 1700 economy points. Dropping below that blocks victory even if the map looks secure.
3. Destroy every active hideout — all hideouts in play for this campaign must be eliminated.

When you win, the server gives you 2 minutes to save your loadouts (with warnings every 30 seconds), then restarts with a fresh campaign while keeping your main base.
When you first join, a mission briefing popup explains the basics. Read it and click Understood — it only appears once per session.

I'm just in here asking for modded server suggestions for Xbox that have good or goodish frames I understand I'm on console the series X to be specific and I realize they're modded servers which in return offer lower frame rates. Given that I'm new to Arma reforger modded servers, I need nice suggestions good for Xbox frames and if there are any hardcore servers out there good for consoles I'll love all suggestions!!!
