Finally beat my first of many endings

Are these tanks a reference to an older ac game?

Because I yet to see actual tanks from the npcs, are tank in ac kinda used old the battletech ip?

Is the third playthrough much different?

I am going through the second playthrough and the differences are very minimal and only a few missions are different. I was wondering whether this is like Nier Automata where the first 2 playthroughs are kinda the same and the third one is pretty different or also the third one is gonna be the same thing with slight differences

Help me beat IBIS so I can enjoy the rest of this great game.

I’ve tried builds off YouTube and suggestions from other Reddit posts but neither got me the win. The biggest problem is that damn sword combo, way too much damage and staying close is impossible.

Is there a build guide?

Not like, hey copy this build, but a general foundations guide that teaches you HOW to make a build not just what parts to copy paste?

I just beat ng+ but I still feel lost on a lot of things.

I've been running a lightweight dual songbirds, Ludlow and the butta melee for like 90% of my missions

In Bay Ridge, Brooklyn

For those not in the know: The RedGuns are all named after lakes/rivers (Michigan and Nile being the obvious examples. Michigan's handler is apparently Potomac). The Iguazu river/falls are between Brazil and Argentina.
