Show me your lasted leaf!!!

This Maleficent aka big mama. Her newest leaf has finally hardened off completely and is starting to lift up, so I can finally compare it properly with the previous leaf.

I’m loving how much the fenestration pattern is developing. The newest leaf seems to have a little more going on with the internal fenestrations, and she’s getting that gorgeous mature Monstera look I’ve been waiting for. 😭

How's your new leaf progression going?

Help

We have these lights from amazon for quite some time, i know there’s a few different types but this one was the strongest of the ones we find, one of them broke and I’m considering to buy one of these barrina lights 2’ long and as you can see in my picture my shelfs are not too close together, will this lights be strong enough for this set up?

I don't know what she is, but I love her

I have never seen a pothos grow so many insanely different leaves. I had gotten a plant from a big box - I spliced her out into 3 plants because it was just a million cuttings in one. Originally she looked like a marble queen. Now I'm not sure what she is!? But I am in love - one of my favorite plants so I just wanted to share but also see if anyone has any idea what's going on here?

Troubleshooting Monstera Albo

My monstera has had issues with being mostly white, turning brown, and now it seems to be getting worse. I’m wondering if this is worth saving (and how) or if I can make chop it up to nodes and propagate from there. Any suggestions would be great.

Got 3 plants for only $1.10 USD saw Satin Pothos at the same nursery. is it worth buying?

I recently bought these three plants for only ~$1.10

• Syngonium podophyllum "Albo Variegata'
• Polka Dot Begonia
• Marble Queen

Now at the same nursery I also saw this Pothos. The seller said it’s more expensive.

My questions:

  1. Was $1.10 USD a good deal for the first three plants?
  2. Is this Pothos worth spending extra money on, or should I skip it? And is it easier for beginners?

I’m a beginner and trying to be careful with my budget. Any advice would be really helpful!
Thanks!

Grab or pass?

Just stopped by my local Publix down the street here in Florida and a Monstera Aurea is just staring at me right when I walk thru the door. The older leafs are kind of chopped but the top 2 newest ones are beautiful. Only $59.99. I can’t stop thinking about going back there and grabbing it before someone else does, what would you guys do? Chop and prop?

Ooooh I think I’m starting to like alocasias 😍

(Yes I realize the last one is an anthurium lol)

I took a huge liking to house plants last November and have over 30 plants now which actually isn’t too bad considering I’ve tried to hold back when seeing cool plants at any given store….! I also live in a 550 sq ft studio so I really dont need more plants lol…

The majority of my collection so far are tradescantia, pothos, monstera, calathea… with a few philodendron, peperomia, a snake plant, ficus tineke and a white bird of paradise…

Didn’t love the look of alocasias initially, and still don’t love begonias (I’ve seen a sub called goth plants and I feel like that’s very fitting that these plants are included there lol) - but now I think I’m finally seeing the beauty in them!

I’m starting the huge project of transitioning my plants to semi hydro, and if I can get the hang of it, I kinda want to add some of these beauties into the mix…..

Talk me out of it, I do not have room!!! 😂🫣 Or the plant-care time LOL

Anthurium Dressleri Rio Guanche

I was given this plant by a neighbor. I want to see if i could revive it back. As you can see its in REALLY bad shape, but i see some healthy green roots that seem to be pushing still. Seems like a fun project to revive it. I placed some damp paper towels in a plastic case in hopes to keep humidity levels in check.

If anyone has any advice or tips in what im doing I'll Gladly appreciate it. This is one plant I'll definitely be keeping in my collection if revived successfully.

Are these funky aerial roots?

I have a Monstera Bulbasaur tissue culture that has been growing in it's humidty-dome since I transitioned it from the agar it comes in when you buy a tissue culture. I got it at the beginning of July so it has been chillin in the dome for a little over a month. When I checked on it today I noticed roots sticking straight up out of the soil. Is that because the plant is looking for more air? I just did not expect it to try and grow aerial roots in that way. It is in a sphagnum moss and perlite mixture that I keep moist and it is under a grow light for 12-14 hours a day. My house stays around 75-80 (old house😭) in the day and 72 at night, the shelf my tissue cultures live on is over a doorway so it is consistently warmer up there. I just had not seen roots like that before so I just wanted to see what other people think. I added a pic of a regular root for comparison and a pic of the humidity dome it stays in. Should I go ahead and transition the soil to a dirt/perlite/coco bark mix or wait?

Money taken by osgear.to

I am in desperate need for a site I can order legit (as much as it can) gear.

Osgear.to said there was a payment error… but the payment went through.

I’m aware that Primo is close to impossible to find, but even test Cyp 10ML would be gladly appreciated.

I’ve also spent thousands of dollars on peptides this month through spbiolabs.com and skyepeptides.com and fear I’ve been buying low quality

Also need to find out how to get my Clonidine for my blood pressure. DM me and trust me if you can help I will make it worth your time.
