My cousin commissioned this drawing of her friend.

this is my first time using oil paints and acrylics together

India ink on heavy paper; 8”x10”. All with a dip pen.

A portrait of beauty caught between transformation and decay. The chameleons become symbols of adaptation, instinct, and survival, while the melting face reveals the fragile nature of identity. Color spreads across the skin like a living organism — as if the body itself is changing, reacting, becoming something new.
A quiet dialogue between the human and the animal, the beautiful and the unsettling, control and surrender. 🦎

I just don’t really like how I placed the flowers. For next time, if anyone has any ideas on how I could incorporate them better, I’d really appreciate it!
