sooo im from a particularly small city and didn't have access to a lot of resources and opportunities, i found out about liberal arts universities a while back and ive done quite a bit of research on it since then, i kind of need a mentor? or someone to guide me w my applications mayb since absolutely nobody around me seems to have any clue

SAT: 1500 (790 math, 710 rw)
10th grade: gave SEE (Nepal boards), 3.95 gpa, topped my school
12th grade: gave A levels, A* in maths and physics, A in chem and cs. a in AS level general paper. These are final grades not predicted (yes im on gap year)
Trying to apply for math major, probably will take AMC
No genuinely standout extracurriculars, just interned at a remote school for a month to teach maths, and currently taking online classes for interested students of the same school. Also did another internship for a month at an e-class organization as an educational content creator, I made curriculum accurate content according to Nepal’s SEE syllabus, and this was later distributed to under resourced schools across Nepal. I was also vice president of my school’s math club and EB of my school’s chess club but yeah there was not much tangible impact here. Volunteered at an international conference as a reporter.
Also have a few honors but once again not too standout, best one would probably be 3rd place at a team based National competition organized by our country’s top high school ig? Also was ranked 5th nationally in provincial math Olympiad (Nepal’s equivalent of RMO, but the difficulty is closer to IOQM), a few non prestigious international awards here and there, and that’s about it. Also got 2nd place at an inter school poetry writing competition, idk if it’s worth mentioning tho.
I have a few questions
Is the competitiveness for internationals any different compared to competitiveness for domestic students?
Will my gap year hurt my chances? If yes, by how much?
Can I offset my lack of ECAs/Honors with a good score on the AMC? If so, what is the AMC even like? What are the resources I could use to prepare for it?
What round should I apply in?
What are my chances looking like?

Just for a little context, i am currently a first year at ashoka and i have taken math in 11th and 12th. My calc teacher is horrendous and i barely understand what he teaches me in class. My midterm didnt go well at all and I am looking for some help so i had a few questions. Does anyone know any tutors i can take online classes with online to better learn mat 1000? someone who has gone through the same problem, how have you improved your grade in calc and does ashoka provide any resources to help you with it?
