Not too worried about a long commute or traffic, it's nothing I haven't dealt with before in other regions. I'm pretty open to anywhere within the Atlanta metro area. Some things I'm looking for:
Did some deep dives on reddit and found places like Downtown Decatur, Kirkwood, East Village, etc. are options but seeing a lot of mixed reviews.
Overall looking for something in between the "everyones married with kids and are in bed by 9pm" neighborhoods vs. the "everyones in their early 20's and parties all the time" neighborhoods.
