Did Mirage feel like a return to classic AC for you?

I’ve been thinking about how Mirage compares to the older Assassin’s Creed games.

It definitely feels more focused than the recent RPG-style entries. At the same time, I don’t think it fully recreates the feeling of games like AC1, AC2, Brotherhood, or Unity. Some parts feel classic, while others still feel like a modern AC game built on newer systems.

Personally, I liked that Mirage tried to bring the series back to stealth and assassinations instead of huge RPG progression. It may not be perfect, but I appreciated the smaller scale and stronger Assassin identity.

Do you think Mirage actually felt like a return to classic Assassin’s Creed, or only partly?

Glitch in Assassin's Creed mirage

I'm still at the very beginning of the game, with less than 2 hours of playtime. I've reached the mission 'A New Beginning - Practice with Roshan'.

The issue is, the moment I hit her with a light attack—just a single hit—she immediately falls to the ground and starts crying out in pain. Because of this, the mission gets stuck and won't progress. I checked YouTube and noticed that this isn't just happening to me; many other players are complaining about the exact same glitch, but unfortunately, nobody has posted a solution yet.
