Facebook marketplace considering selling food

Hey everyone! I wanted honest opinions from people in Atlanta that enjoy homemade/international food.
I’m Brazilian and have been thinking about starting a small homemade food business through Facebook Marketplace/Instagram, mostly focused on authentic Brazilian comfort food and desserts. Not restaurant style, more homemade/family recipes from Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro.
Some ideas I had were:
pão de queijo

pastel de feira

empadão de frango

escondidinho

feijão tropeiro

moqueca

strogonoff

Brazilian juices

pudim

palha italiana

geladinho gourmet

Would people in Atlanta actually buy this type of food regularly?
I also wondered:
Do people here use Facebook Marketplace for homemade food?

Would meal prep/marmitas sell better?

Do you think Brazilians are the main audience or would non-Brazilians also be interested?

What prices feel reasonable for homemade plates?
