Receiving a $250k NSW Gov. whilst committing workers comp fraud for the last 5 years ?

A SYDNEY NIGHTCLUB RECEIVED $250K IN A GOVERNMENT GRANT. THIS SAME CLUB HAD BEEN COMITTING WORKERS COMP FRAUD SINCE 2021 BY TRADING WITHOUT A COMPULSORY POLICY.
THEN SOMEONE GOT HURT AND THEY TRIED TO COVER IT UP.
THEY RECEIVED THE GRANT FUNDS WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THIS.
Someone here more educated on what could happen here ?
