I have a Ausom k20 pro laluz 2 dual motor and I can’t seem to figure out how I can make it go faster than 20kmh, I’ve changed p8 to 100 and when I do the SPD popup I can’t type any numbers, I’ve contacted support but that was no use since they couldn’t help me. I didn’t buy a ABE or STR model so I don’t know why I can unlock it to full speed. Anyone got any tips to help me unlock it. Note I bought my scooter in June 2026 if that helps. Bonjour à tous dans 1 semaine je vais acheter ma deuxième trotinette électrique (ma premiere ç'est une ninebot que je regrette) je vais prendre la ausom gosoul 2 pro dual motor je pense je voulais savoir si c' est une marque fiable qui nécessite pas de réparations (si on fait pas le fou avec la trotinette) et je voulais savoir si elle résiste bien à de grosses pluies (je sais elle est ipx4 mais il y a des trotinettes ipx4 qui résistent bien à l'eau et d'autre moins)

I am a mechanic based in Montreal Canada, and for the last several days now (pushing onto 3 business days now) I have been trying to get information on a part that is needed to get my customers scooter fixed. They do not answer the “live chat” on their website. How do people go about getting into contact with their team?

I am simply just trying to figure out how much a new neck would cost for an Ausom DT2 Pro as it is not listed on their website.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
