Hey guys! This may be a long shot but I went to a live taping of Austin and Ally I believe in 2013 but I’ve never seen the episode itself on the tv due to not knowing the episode number or name - I need helping find out what episode it is 😭

All I have is this picture below and a faint memory of an older Spanish man in a gray suit and black cape (maybe, this was 10+ years ago I’m so sorry) that seemed like a threat to everyone and excited the music store super dramatically with the cape.
