Hi. I’m not a member of this subreddit, but I recently wanted to look into autosexuality. The thing is, I do relate to some aspects of it, —but unfortunately, and for other reasons—I’m unable to love myself. The funny thing is, I’m training to be an elementary school teacher, and sooner or later I’ll have to teach my students to love themselves; I just don’t know how I can hypocritically teach something I haven’t been able to do myself.

So that led me to ask here: What makes you love yourselves? (beyond the attraction you feel toward yourselves)
