A few friends and I are planning Awakenings Festival 2027 and we're a bit confused by the accommodation options. We've read the website but a few things still aren't clear.
What we'd ideally like is a pre-set up tent in the Comfort Camping area.
However, on the booking page it seems like when selecting a single person pre-set up tent, it only lets us choose a Grand Camping pass.
Our question is:
From what I understand, Comfort Camping seems like the much better experience because of the wellness area, atmosphere and nicer facilities, so we'd definitely prefer that if possible.
Our other option is booking one of the Festival Chalets / Relax Resort accommodations at Beekse Bergen.
A few questions:
We're travelling internationally, so we're happy to spend a bit more if the experience is significantly better. We'd rather book the best option now than regret it later.

We are 2 groups of friends going to Awakenings next summer festival.
Some of us is north side and the rest in south.
Does the people living south have access to enter north and visit us there? We have one of the big tent/cottage for 6 people.
Personally, it was the best set I saw at Awakenings, I honestly think he’s really underrated and deserves a spot on the main stage. The energy, the atmosphere, and even the crowd felt completely different compared to most of the other sets
Am I the only one who feels this way?
What did you guys think of the Area X closing set that day? Did you enjoy it? How was the overall vibe and feel of the stage for you? Let me know your thoughts?
I’ve been coming to Awakenings for years, so I know what the sound quality is usually like and what to expect. This year was different though.
It started on Friday, at stages X and C the volume was really low, so low that I could hear people talking clearly next to me without earplugs in. Super annoying, not what I’m used to. Meanwhile the Main Stage had solid, loud sound as always.
On Saturday the volume at Area X was thankfully a bit louder (still not the level I’d expect, but manageable). The sound quality itself was really subpar though. Normally you get good audio everywhere in the tent, but this time you could only really feel the bass if you stood right in the middle of the stage area, a few steps to the side and it dropped off noticeably. It wasn’t just me, my friends noticed the same thing.
Area Y also had bad sound, the lows overpowered everything, mids were barely audible, and highs were nowhere to be found.
I’ve been going to festivals for years and I know the difference between good and bad sound. This year it was noticeably poor at several stages (Main Stage was genuinely great, to be fair). Just not what I’m used to from Awakenings.
I come for the music and the quality, I want to feel it in my whole body, not stand in a tea party because the person next to me is having a full conversation.
How did you all experience this? And does anyone know how to get in touch with Awakenings about this?
I know tickets just went on sale last week. How long are tickets available on the website before they sell out or window closes for sales?

I am looking for a help or advice, I am young man in my 25 who is not looking for wealth, but for peace. My job contract will expire in 2 weeks and I do not know what to do. I am from Balkan, I can find 1000e for trip, but my question is where to go to start my journey to the peace. Is there any temples or something like that in Europe? Places where they will accept me and help me to find my inner peace, to detach from this ugly modern world. Work is not problem for me, I am just looking to find a peace outside this loud world, I want to be more with nature and to clear my mind. I will appreciate all help and would like to hear your experience, did you found your peace, are you even looking for it?
The ticket sale for Awakenings 2027 has started, and i only want to go for one day. Which day would you recommend: Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and why? Based on previous editions, which day usually has the strongest lineup and overall atmosphere?
I’m checking the price for 2027 (trying to plan ahead) for hotels in Tilburg and they are average around $1000+ USD EACH night 😂
I doubt this is normal even for festivals… Are they just price gouging right now because it’s so far out? When should I book for hotels?
Edit: just realized the festival offers resort hotels (savanne rooms / bungalows / chalets) in Hilvarenbeek, do they usually sell out fast?

The food at Awakening Festival is absolutely ridiculous. It's nothing but overpriced junk food with barely any real, high-quality meat. On top of that, there seems to be an excessive focus on vegan-only options, while people looking for nutritious meals with quality animal protein are left with almost no good choices. Almost everything is loaded with processed ingredients, cheap carbs, and unhealthy fats, while offering very little actual nutrition.
For a festival that attracts people who care about performance, health, and living well, this is incredibly disappointing. There should be proper, nutritious meal options with lean, high-quality protein like grilled chicken breast, beef tenderloin, sirloin steak, turkey breast, shrimp, salmon, tuna, lean venison, bison, lamb loin, eggs, and other clean, minimally processed foods.
Not everyone wants to survive on burgers, fries, pizza, fried food, or processed vegan alternatives for several days. It's embarrassing that such a massive festival fails to provide healthy, protein-rich meals that support an active lifestyle. Offer balanced choices for everyone instead of forcing people to choose between junk food and heavily processed vegan options.

Hello! My boyfriend, some friends and I are planning on going to Awakenings in 2027, we're traveling from Colombia, and I have some doubts regarding acommodations and camping. We're choosing between comfort camping or staying in one of the cottages from the safari park (Beekse Bergen acommodations), I was wondering if it's truly worth the extra cost, which one would you guys recommend or any tips regarding this! It was my first Awakenings. Very impressive production and loooots of great DJs. Shout out to people on Reddit who recommend to stay in Comfort Camping, it was great.
But the hell people come to the dance floor to chat? Is it always like that on Awakenings?
We feel for you guys, but there should be equal shops selling real meat. These fake meat just tastes awful. Don’t understand why it all had to be vegan. Equality!!
