Help me out with BAMS colleges!

I'm from UP, General category, AIR 121478, score 478 in NEET UG 2026

I know I won't get any top tier govt college at this score so I want to get into Top tier pvt colleges with fee max to max till 4 lakh per year. I'm thinking of Shri dhanwantry ayurvedic college chandigarh, I visited it as well also I visited patanjali ayurvedic college haridwar, I'm leaning towards Shri dhanwantry chandigarh, but am still confused and want genuine reviews so please help me out!

If there's a better college at this rank or if sdach chandigarh is bad in any terms PLEASE HELP ME !

Bams vs mbbs

Can someone please tell me what I should choose: private BAMS, private MBBS, or something else that might be a better option?

I can afford private MBBS, but it would cost ₹95+ lakh. That would almost drain my family’s savings, my father’s retirement funds, and potentially require us to give up our rental property in Delhi, which currently provides around ₹20–25k/month in rent.

If I choose MBBS, I’m also worried that later I may not have enough funds to pursue PG or make other important career decisions. I might have to focus on rebuilding my finances first.

On the other hand, private BAMS would cost around ₹26–28 lakh. We would still have funds available for my father’s retirement, some financial security and enjoyment, and we could keep our Delhi rental property. If needed, I would also have the option of pursuing PG after BAMS, including private PG.

I’m honestly very confused about what would be the better decision for my future. What would you choose in my situation, and why? I’d really appreciate some honest advice.
