BC3: A New Beginning
Just a reminder of why BC3 exists: you get a second chance at BTC, whilst preserving the opportunity for organic growth over time.
BC3 has changed the only thing it needed to, to allow the network to slowly grow over time: the block hash/PoW algorithm.
By shifting away from SHA-256d, BC3 does not compete with BTC, as it does not compete for the same hardware.
