Keep getting error

[ WARN:0] global D:\a\opencv-python\opencv-python\opencv\modules\videoio\src\cap_msmf.cpp (1022) CvCapture_MSMF::grabFrame videoio(MSMF): can't grab frame. Error: -2147483638

Does anyone know how to fix this please? I'm using a capture card and heard using OBS might help but I have no clue, this is my first time doing the blink method. Kept redoing the eye screenshot but still this error keeps popping over and over again when I try to monitor the blinks.

I have a celebi from go but it won’t let me transfer it to brilliant diamond and it’s one of the few I need to complete the Pokédex any idea why I can’t transfer it?

Has anyone got a spinda (and celbi) that the last thing I need in the Pokédex and no idea how to get one
