Pansin ko lang parang dumami yung no right turn on red na signs sa BGC no? Napansin ko siya nung may bumusina sakin sa likod kasi madaling araw na at sobrang konti ng sasakyan tapos naka hinto ako at naka signal pa right. Dun ko narealize na parang wala naman neto dati haha.

Also, parang di tugma yung sign sa mga pedestrian lights na naka green pag green din yung pa abante. Maiipit lalo at mabagal yung flow ng right lane pag rush hour.

Hello everyone! I will be working in BGC next month. Yung office is along 5th Avenue. I am currently looking for place to rent. Number 1 consideration ko is Dorm or Co-living because of the facilities since I'm starting pa lang. I'm considering MyTown, Quarto, Stay BGC, Dormiko.
Need your comments and suggestions.

1. Gusto ko sana yung very walkable. And if safe ba kahit 8PM yung out. Safety and security talaga.
2. Pwede maglaba, magluto? If no, may pantry or or surrounded by karenderya.
3. If ever na sasakay ng tricycle papunta sa butas, how much po usually pamasahe?
4. Yung utilities na walang hidden charges.
5. Does reception accept parcels delivered to the address?
6. Hindi ba nabaha sa area?

I am also considering The City Flats para within BGC and malapit lang talaga ako. But yun nga kasi cheaper food is outside BGC din.

I know I have a lot of questions talaga.

Any advice or tips? Moving to a bigger city is really one of the major decision I have to make this year. Thanks in advance.

I will be working in Mckinley West but having a hard time finding a place to stay, so now I'm considering one of the coliving spaces near BGC. Any idea how to commute from BGC to Mckinley West? My choices are Stay BGC, MyTown, and CityFlats. Thanks!

(Also open to other suggestions aside from those 3 mentioned.)

Hi! I was offered a mid shift role (2 PM - 11 PM) at BGC (around UPTOWN Mall) for php 45k with a hybrid set up (3 days onsite 2 days wfh). Was wondering if this is okay and if you know any ways to commute from Marikina to BGC at those times :)

I swear I feel like I’ve already exhausted all the usual spots in BGC 😭 I’m looking for somewhere new where I can just chill, read my book, maybe get coffee for like 2-3 hours HAHAHA.

Preferably somewhere quiet and cute, not super crowded, and yung hindi ako maiilang mag-stay for hours just reading. Could be a café, park, hotel lobby, hidden spot, whateverrr.

Hello! I actually don't know where to post this. Ako kasi gagastos ng everything for my grad even the dinner afterwards (tatlo lang naman kami kakain). Eh nakita ko, meron namang set meals ang Italianni's. Though kaya naman sana na i-cash/card ko na lang eh kaso kaka-start ko lang kasi mag-work last month tapos hindi naman kalakihan sahod ko kaya natatakot ako ma-zero or magipit bigla lalo na kung may biglaang gastusin lalo na may other plans din ako after grad.

Tumatanggap ba ng GGives ang Italianni's sa BGC? Or baka may other reco kayo na restaurant around the area na hindi super mahal na tumatanggap ng GGives para hindi rin nakakabigla since installment naman huhu. Salamat!

There's a sudden lockdown. Wherever you are standing right now in BGC, you have 10 minutes to run into ONE store, venue, or building to hunker down.

Rules:

​You get total, unlimited access to everything inside.

​AC is running, power is on, and facilities work.

​You cannot leave or order delivery until the clock runs out.

Currently deciding between the three. No. 1 sana si quarto pero ang tagaaaaaal nila magreply or mag update. Their posting sa socials is active, I don't sa admin nila for reservations/queries.

Stay BGC okay din if hindi magreply si Quarto. But I have read about sa surge ng utility bills.

O2+ naman pinakamalapit sa butas and I love the set up and vibe. Parang mas maleless yung homesickness ko dun lol. But they have 1800 na fized fee for utility.

Anyone staying sa mentioned dorms/co-living space? Need your thoughts. Thank you!
