
Item stuck at FedEx for close to a week
My purchase has been stuck (presumably a FedEx delivery center) since Monday, what is the issue here? I tried calling BH but no one pickupped the phone.

Update: Just chatted with b&h and they said it’ll be in stock july 10th so hoping to get it before end of july
Hi, just wanted to have a running thread to keep up on any info or updates received from BH staff regarding any upcoming shippings. I ordered a silver canon g7x on June 17th. They said they’ll have it in stock 2-6 weeks and then they will ship out. today marks 2 weeks. has anyone who ordered in june got theirs alr? or has been shipped ?
This week I purchased an item that they refuse to honor the price match guarantee on. They reviewed and acknowledged that it’s within the policy being the exact same item and approved seller Amazon about $15 cheaper.
This is their response
“My apologies, after rereviewing this request the order is within policy.
Although, we still cannot match Amazon's price of $434 at this time due to cost margins.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

This was after telling me it has been over 30 days since the order was placed even though it was a day prior. I won’t shop here ever again. Just putting this out here for anyone trying to save money and use price matching to your benefit
My experience with customer service was terrible. I ordered a laptop that was to be delivered by FedEx to our spot at an rv park today. FedEx has delivered to our rv space many times. The FedEx driver today decides to be lazy and just stop and take a picture of the office and leave. I contacted FedEx and they said they can only speak with the shipper. I contacted b&h about this and was told they will not do anything. This was my first time dealing with their customer service and I am very disappointed. I won't have to worry about talking to their customer service again after this.
I just purchased a brand new Fujifilm X-S20 from B&H Photo but it won't turn on/charge. I have checked to make sure the battery and SD card are inserted correctly, the camera is off when plugged in, I used the charger included in the kit, but there is no light indicating that it is charging and nothing will turn on even after being plugged in for half an hour. Is my camera faulty or am i missing something?
It's my first time using a fujifilm or any higher end camera and the fact that it won't turn on despite being brand new for the price is stressing me out pretty bad.
