Ok soo I never prepared for jee mains in my 11 and 12th and did not score well in jee mains as I wanted to be a pilot at that time but couldn't do anything git into btech cse at a tier 3 college but i really wanna increase my opportunities and really wanna get into bits and I have started my prep for jee mains but since I never really prepared for jee and this is my first time I'm still insecure and I'm not really sure whether it's the right decision or not but I wanna give this one chance but i dont wanna f up my 1 year too. Helppp

I'm waitlisted at itr 6 but if I get any allotment in itr 7 and decide not to go(already admitted), will I still get the fee back 😭.

• I completed my Class 12th from the CBSE board in 2025. Due to health issues, I was unable to perform well. While I registered for BITSAT in 2025, I did not appear for the exam and backed out during the slot booking stage.

• In 2026, I appeared for the complete Class 12th board exams again in all subjects through a different board (NWAC). This was a fresh appearance from a new board, not an improvement exam.

• In 2026, I also appeared for the BITSAT exam for the very first time.

Given that 2026 was my first BITSAT attempt and marked my fresh board appearance under NWAC, I would like to know if I am eligible to appear for BITSAT 2027.

One more thing which i wanted to clarify is that will that just registering in BITSAT 2025 will cause me any issues in the BITSAT 2027 whole process, like uncertain or random debarment during any stage of the entire addmission process in 2027

I was genuinely suffering from some major health issues back in the year 2025 which over all impacted my all exams and also made me completely unable to even attend the exams as i was on a complete bed rest, in case I have all medical certificates with me aswell.

so currently in 12th, tho rn my score in mocks for mains is 135-145(not great but steadily improve ho rahe,4 mahine pehele 100 bhi nahi aate the) but recently i have been more inclined towards bits then nit , therefore i am thinking of making some changes towards my studies and wanted yall's opinion- pehele tho should i conplete the chapters which are dleeted from mains but are there in bits before mains attempt 1 and if so how? also should i oractice bits pyq after i conplete each chapter and lastly do i need to practice english and LR rn or its finr if i do it after attempt 1? also i am sedinf a lot of posts here which says bitsat is based on a lot of luck is this true? thats all,haply if you ciuld provide yiur opinion

Im currently in 12th, I am preparing for JEE main. I wanted to know how does BITSAT compare to JEE?

And what kind of scholarships are available? I've heard that if you get 1 to 500 rank you get a full tuiton fee waiver. And obviously that requires an insane score.

So I would also appreciate some tips and guidance for preparation that's BITSAT specific

My most important question is, how good of a platform is BITS when my main goal is to pursue masters? Preferably elsewhere or abroad?

I am a double dropper

Appeared for 12th first time in 2025 through Maharashtra HSC board , got 70

Gave improvement in 2026 , got 78 , but still bits subject wise criteria not cleared, got 59 in chemistry

I would like to get into bits if they allow double droppers

NIOS Board is the only option

I haven't appeared for BITS in 2025, 2026

It will be my first time in 2027

What should I do

Which subjects should I choose

Today is 15th , so late fee will be increased if I don't fill the form today (NIOS Registration)

How can I know which exam centres can I possibly get

April 2027 results would come before bits counselling starts , right ?

How much would it cost for registration today and total cost (including exam fees, everything) ?

For those preparing for BITSAT, is thoroughly revising NCERT enough, or does extra practice make a noticeable difference in the score?

Yo big dawgs from bits I'm currently studying 12th and have jee in 5.5 months and honestly I'm pretty confident that I won't get into any nit 90 percentile is enough for me I'm a pretty avg student but I wanna get into bits mechanical engineering and I heard the cutoff is way lower than cse like 250 or smthn but I don't evn know where to start studying from cuz there's so much portio. Can any one of u please suggest me like a plan to follow cuz I'm pretty lost rn, my backup is vit and mahindra but I'd be very happy to get enrolled in bits. 🥀💔

am i eligible to give by applying nios in all 5 subjects

also i wanna know if by chance i got bits through nios will it effect in placements as nios is less reputated???

Lets be honest here, nobody who is already in bits with a good branch is leaving bits. Lower BE branches and msc Bio Chem me kuch dikh sakta he but uske upar 1-2 marks max.

If you are in 2-3 marks range away from desired branch, you can still keep expectations with 3marks being very unlikely.

Last year it dropped for the same reason but the drop was bigger because low rankers (220 and below,not exactly low but compared to this year it is low abh kya hi bolu) were not present much due to 2024 cutoffs spike

Below is the expected final drop in BITSAT Iteration 7 cutoffs for Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses.

Expected Cutoff Drop (Final):

• CSE / MNC / ECS - 0-1 Marks
• EEE / ENI: 0-1 marks
• Chemical - 2-3 Marks
• Mechanical - 0-1 Marks
• Civil: 4-5 marks
• M.Sc. Economics / Mathematics/Physics -0-1 Marks
• Chemistry: 4–5 marks
• M.Sc. Biology/Pharmacy/ Environmental: 1-2 marks

Completely messed up JEE and now looking at other options. BITS Goa is one of the colleges I'm seriously considering, but I have no idea how tough BITSAT actually is compared to JEE Main.

For those who wrote BITSAT:

- How difficult did you find it?

- Is the speed factor really that brutal?

- How many months of prep did you need?

- If you didn't do well in JEE, were you still able to crack BITSAT?

- What's a realistic score target for BITS Goa CSE/AI-related branches these days?

Does anyone know the cutoff for the BITS-CSP 2+2 programme for the Pilani campus this year? Looking for the latest cutoff/last admitted score if anyone has the data

So I withdrew from B pharma at bits pilani during the second withdrawal window on 20th July. When can I expect the refund? Do i need to give any bank details for the refund or would it be refunded to the account i paid from?
