Bjs app not available in the App Store. Anyone else figure this out?

Why is it that for my entire time working at BJ's the management has sucked? We'll have spineless GM, followed by GM that hides in their office, followed by incompetent GM, and now a GM who is actively unhelpful and an idiot. Not to mention managers who refuse to go into the departments they manage. I haven't seen my manager for more than a minute in weeks. She hasn't said a single word to me in months. She'll be on with my my whole shift and I'll have no idea that she was there, even though my department is understaffed and looks awful. Don't even get me started on the regional either. Just braindead decision after braindead decision coming down the pipe from corporate. Rearranging the whole department based on AI. Changing all the packaging from cardboard to plastic. I don't know how much more I can take

Just wondering how much this position offers for someone in the Massachusetts area?

Out of the last 4 milk gallons I've bought here, 2 have been basically yogurt when I got home, and one went sour over a week before the date. The one that was actually good just tasted... off.

Even found myself thinking, 'should probably pick up a spare gallon at Walmart in case the BJs milk is bad'. Lo and behold its borderline solid today. Never had that happen with any other brands. This is my first month at BJs and overall liking it, but damn milk has a success rate of 25% and don't want to stay for more data points.

I’m sitting in line to get gas at BJs after trying to renew my membership. Just a rant post:

1. in the past you could go to CS and at least try to get a reduced renewal rate - especially if you bring in current offers showing lower rate. It seems BJs is now doesn’t care about your renewal anymore. Dude said just let it expire. Wasn’t at all interested in retaining me as a member. Anyone else notice this upon renewal? I’m a ONE+ member with CC.
2. My BJ gas station layout is just shite. I think most are terrible laid out. Mine only has one pump per side - usually there are orange cones in front of a number of stations - there’s a fracking concrete island at the entrance making ingress terrible - the pumps are SSSSSLLLLOOOOWWWW- you always get behind a person with a truck and 5 gas cans to fill.

I’m seriously thinking about bailing on BJs. The only good thing about BJs is the gas prices. Usually 15-20 cents cheaper.

So you guys just create another account to get better membership rates? If yes do you have to have different email? Name? Address?

Ok Thats it my mental health is too important I am not going back to work Im done. I am a Cashier at BJs Market. The micromanaging is just too much and Im tired of being yelled at all the time. Im a great Cashier always on time never called out and doing the ridiculous cart to cart and yet im being screamed at and belittled and Im done. The company and managers and Leads are Horrible Horrible people I deserve better. I am too good for that place!!! I will find a new job where I dont have to sell credit cards and renew memberships and bother customers over and over again with this stupid bullshit. This is the most toxic workplace I ever worked at and Im 67 years old!!!! So Bye Bye BJs!!!!

Past 6 months I have gotten 5 different packages of spoiled. 2 bad packages of salmon. A pack of spoiled bacon and a whole pack of spoiled pork chops. I have returned everything fine but it's crazy how food bought the same day way before it's sell by date is spoiled. My thought is the food is somehow getting hot either in transit or getting left out.

The bacon really threw me off because it was rank and green out of the package and the pork chops made me open all my windows in my house to get the smell out.

I searched and didnt see anything posted about the next savings.

I will be aiming for at least 5 items for the extra 50 cents. Its time to fill the E150 tank 😅 (waited it out as long as I could with NJ fuel prices)

Anyone stocking up on anything good when this next round starts?

Is anybody’s BJ’s doing this program where they get a house anytime they give great customer service? Mine is and it’s honestly the dumbest thing that I have eleven been a part of. Don’t even get me started on how fake people act just for a house sticker. They’ve been also using ai to make their ads and they look like a mess.

Hi - I have the Club+ membership and I added my spouse as the free supplemental membership on my account. I want to add my mother-in-law and I saw there was a paid one for $30. Will she get all the benefits as I do with club+? Mostly wondering about the 5 cents off gas.

Need help getting pay stubs from BJs. I quit. Wasn’t able to collect paystubs bc I was locked out too quick I got some screenshots of pay dates and wages tho. Any help?
