Can’t access Multiplayer or Zombies

Hi, i bought the disc version on PS5 yesterday, and after downloading all the necessary packages for BO6, i still do not even see the mp nor the zombies game modes when i click on bo6. I only see the campaign.

I tried redownloading everything, restoring the license etc…
Nothing works.
Did this happen to anyone? If so, how did you fix it??

Also, when i click on “All Modes”, nothing happens.

why is there only campers now

Is it fun to camp i dont get it. It is starting to make the game unplayable on bo6 and bo7.
