🕒 Schedule: Standard Office Hours (40 hrs/week)

✅ Qualifications:
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• BPO, healthcare, call center, or customer support experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

🎯 What You'll Do:
• Provide support to consumers, healthcare professionals, and client personnel
• Process medical information requests
• Document customer interactions
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints
• Generate reports and perform administrative responsibilities
