I Had Filled and Applied the Form for 72nd But In the Form Application,Only the Details of My 10th and Graduation Marks are Showing,There are No details about My 12th even I filled details of 12th in My OTR.Can Anyone Confirm,Is it same for Everyone?

Hey i recently filled bpsc cce 72nd form and when I downloaded the print , only 10 and graduation details are visible there, I remember when I made my otr I filled class 12th details as well. Anybody with the same issue.
I don't know if I have a resident certificate or not. And I don't wanna tell my parents that I have filled this form. What do I do. Can I put that I am not a permanent resident of Bihar.
I have central level Obc ncl certificate of last year. Is it vaild for 72nd bpsc examination. If not, then how can i get Bihar govt. Obc ncl certificate as soon as possible...because the last date to fill up the form is 31st may...i am so tensed right now. Do bpsc extend the date ??
Btw i already have made the income certificate (of this year), caste certificate and residence certifacte.
