Hi team,
I’m aware of a recall on the shark only because I tend to read lots of cars guide websites. I think if cars weren’t a personal interest to me I might be happy to continue driving in total ignorance. As a first owner of a Shark 6 in Australia, I was thinking that BYD would send a letter or an email or phone me explaining what is wrong and what the remedy is going to be. So far nothing from BYD and nothing from Smart Salary ( the lease company).

I’ve seen on some forums that the battery should be run as low as possible from time to time to improve the life of the battery. Mine seems fixed to only hit 25% before switching to HEV and the engine starts. Am I missing something?
