New Seller on the Plattform, can someone answer my questions as the Service is terrible?

I am a small company owner and up until now I had a great track record on many e commerce platforms, I got through the onboarding and now im in my test month of backmarket.
Im not gonna lie, after reading all of the posts here, im starting to get a little worried about my decision. Reason for applying: Having another source for cashflow and faster turnover, primarily for more premium devices.
So, my primary questions:
If I don't get a minimum amount of sales as the email specified, what happens? Will I get banned from being a backmarket seller forever? Or does the onboarding phase continue until they think its all up to their standards?
If an Item can't be listed because of an internal API error and I can't get customer support to help me, what do I do? Relisting doesn't work, creating a new product doesn't work as well.

Honestly: Do you think it's worth it? I have been very stressed about them keeping the commission as I've been working with clients for years and I know that some people order before they read the information. I have no issue with them returning an item, I just want it to come back in the same condition so we can sell it again. From what Ive heard, there's more returns on BM than on eBay for example, and them keeping the commission would actually harm us.
The "warranty" threshold: With backmarket costing us about the same per item to sell as ebay, how does this work out? Will I ever see this money or should I brush it off as yet another premium, raising their 10% commission to probably 15%.
If I decide to leave BM in the future: Did they cause any sort of problems for your reputation int he end? I got a good customer base and partners, and I set a high standard for both myself and my staff, so it would be a shame if they for some reason harmed out rep.
