Not really sure what I’m doing wrong but none of the games I’ve tried to set up on aurora will work but only one that I have had success with is an earlier dev copy of a game where i launched with a .xex. Anyone know what I can do or what I’m doing wrong.
I’ve been waiting many minutes like 20 and only 5 games have loaded covers and info. Is there any way to fix this?
Been thinking about doing badupdate to my Xbox As console prices are rising I don’t see myself getting another console to mod always wanted to mod a 360 to RGH or JTag but closest option nowadays seems to be badupdate I want this console long term as it’s part of my childhood and I’d like to have it for a long time I’ve done some research on it and it seems fine but I’d like some 2nd opinions and maybe tips on how to keep it as safe as possible if doing so thank you
Já reinstalei os arquivos 3 vezes, limpei cache de sistema do HDD, USB e memória interna, já tentei de tudo e mesmo assim não abre, alguém consegue me ajudar ?

I noticed the bad avatar exploit (ABadAvatarHDD) was failing more often than usual so i replace the payload files, however it keeps freezing on startup and I can’t get rid of the files due to the fact I have no SATA cable to remove the files via FatXplorer. Am I cooked?
Tengo una Xbox 360 con RGH que funcionaba perfecto con Aurora + DashLaunch (no recuerdo la versión exacta). Al entrar a DashLaunch me apareció un aviso de actualización, le di instalar, la consola se apagó y volvió a arrancar el dashboard original de Microsoft (NXE), como si estuviera de fábrica.
Lo que ya confirmé:
**•** El RGH sigue intacto — mantener Eject al encender carga XeLL Reloaded v0.991 sin problema.
**•** Saqué el disco duro (adaptador SATA-USB + FATXplorer) y mi carpeta Aurora by YSP Resubido sigue completa en el disco, junto con mi carpeta vieja de DashLaunch.
**•** El archivo launch.ini en la raíz del disco tiene la ruta correcta y verificada: Default = Hdd:\\Aurora by YSP Resubido\\Aurora\\Aurora.xex, y ese Aurora.xex sí existe exactamente ahí.
**•** Encontré carpetas $SystemUpdate en el disco con fecha reciente — sospecho que esa fue la “actualización” que instalé.
El problema: con la ruta 100% confirmada y el archivo existente, la consola sigue ignorando todo y arranca directo al dashboard de Microsoft.
¿ALGO QUE PUEDA HACR?
I have watched the tutorial by modded warfare on badupdate and i have followed every step like he said but when i get the XeUnshackle screen and press the back button it just logs me off, and when i try to launch it with XeXMenu a error comes up.
