Got an interview at Bain BCN for ENR (Utilities & Renewables) Project Leader : here is my prep so far + would love your inputs :)

I finally have an interview at Bain Capability Network (BCN) Gurugram for the Project Leader: ENR (Utilities & Renewables) role.

I have been prepping hard on:
US grid structure : ISOs/RTOs, FERC Orders 1000/2222, IRA tax credits
Global renewables : LCOE benchmarks, PPA structures, interconnection backlog
Regulatory dynamics : CERC/SERC/IEX (India), EU ETS, REPowerEU

But here's what I genuinely don't know is what the actual interview looks like from the inside.
So I am putting this out to the community 🙏

  1. How many rounds, and is it a standard Bain case or more domain/analytics focused?
  2. How deep does the ENR knowledge test go, conceptual or granular technical?
  3. Which area gets the most airtime?
  4. Any specific questions to prepare?
  5. Anything you wish you would have known going in?

Would appreciate your insights :)
