Anybody saying why Krishna didn't tell her the truth about marriage, here you go. 😍
Ye show aage dekhna hai na? Ki nhi? Agar abhi bata deta toh story kaha jaati? Mind telling me?

Idk why he is angry on them for organising reception. He even slapped Satluj in promo which was so wrong. He could have told truth on that night itself but no he told them a fake love story. Three brothers are doing so much to keep him happy. Ganga bhaiya spending his all savings 😭😭😭 and now this Krishna is angry and fighting with them. Sangam is right instead of telling everyone truth he is asking her to get ready for reception like why should she ?? He wants her to stay in his house but on what basis? How can a girl stay in his house for free if it is not a love marriage? But one good thing is going to happen that Ganga will come to know the truth and he will decide to cancel the reception that’s when Sangam will get ready and come to reception just because of Ganga’s helplessness
Krishna had the chance to clear all the things up and start fresh but he just ruined it. I disliked him so much in last episode. He is such a manipulator. He could have told her the truth and stop with his lies ..but what did he do? Put the whole blame on Sangam when he was the one who wanted to marry her. He gaslighted her into believing that all of it was her fault. Not done ! I hope makers expose his lies super soon.. and give us his redemption..I can't root for him for now.
So i just binge-watched the entire show the last few days and now i can’t wait for the new episodes. Is there any other show like this one or similarly fun that already has a lot more episodes i can binge-watch?
The ML is so creepy I don't know how you guys even watch this serial!!
The ML literally takes no. From every girl that was in his taxi!
He seems so gawar!
And don't get me started on how he lied to the Female Lead!!
Like how do you guys watch this with a sane mind knowing kay he's a creep who literally had chances but he still lied and literally to her face told her kay the signs that he did were for "Bayaan"!
It's such creepy behavior!I came from itv sub because of that one post of "feminism" but what is this??
He lied to her about his family too!
God what is this shit itv is showing nowadays! And the way this story is it's bound to be shitty in the next 50 ep's!
Krishna was a likeable character despite his lies up until now. Because in the most recent episode, he was acting like he did a favour upon Sangam by saving her, and was using the fact that he helped her escape to make her feel guilty for what occurred. Sangam’s reaction was completely justified and I think anyone would be angered if they were told such a big lie, especially by the person they placed so much trust in. Fine, Krishna risked his life for Sangam, but everything was at stake for Sangam as well. Its not fair for Krishna to act like he made a bigger sacrifice and to sweep his own mistakes under the rug through guilt-tripping and manipulating Sangam. Even if he has been brought up in difficult situations, it still doesn’t excuse his actions and behaviour. Not done, Krishna.
Krishna is the definition of manipulation. 😵💫
The way he made both the police and Sangam believe him and then guilt-tripped her… peak gaslighting. I agree Sangam shouldn’t have answered Vicky’s call, but the rest?? Bro had me questioning reality. 😭
I feel so bad for Sangam. 🥹 She knows the marriage is legally valid, but after Krishna twisted the whole story, she actually believes he’s trapped in this marriage too. That’s why she wants to tell the Bacchans the marriage happened under pressure and wasn’t real. 😭
Krishna really gaslit her into believing she’s the problem. 💔 And honestly… I’m still confused about how Sangam is even going to stay with the Bacchans after all this. 🤔
But I can’t lie… that last dialogue got me. 🥹 “Hum sab theek kar denge… hum, matlab main aur aap.” That was actually so cute. ❤️
That Aarti–Ganga conversation was such a beautifully written scene. 🥹❤️
The way Aarti finally opened her heart…She confessed how guilty she feels that Ganga’s younger brother is getting married before him and how every time he went to see a girl, she secretly wished the rishta wouldn’t work out. 🥺
When she said, “Mujhe lagta hai meri hi nazar lag jaati hai,” my heart broke. 💔
And then she said that from now on, whenever he goes to see a girl, she’ll genuinely pray that everything works out for him… that hurt even more. 😭
The fact that she was even ready to go against her parents, yet still wasn’t sure if Ganga loved her back, made the whole conversation so emotional. Their love isn’t the problem… the circumstances are. ❤️
Such a beautifully written and heartfelt scene.
Ab toh gaye tum krishna ji. Ab kya jhuth bologe, ki pata nhi tha hume bhi iss asli shaadi ke baare mein?
Btw, it's so good that they don't stretch these tracks so much, sangam already got to know about the marriage.
😛😛 imagine kisi din ye gana chala de.
I understand his pov and someone here also wrote a very beautiful post about him and his lies but I am little annoyed by the lies he speak. I mean he lies everywhere 😭😭 ese kse chalega kitna hi sambhal loge 😭😭
Vicky the actor is so good. We all hate him he is annoying as hell but he is funny too. I think he deserves his cookie
Maza aarha hai edits dekh kar 😋😋😋😋✨🩷🔥
Bhai ye kaisa jumpscare tha? Krishna, not the perfect time brother.
Okay, this is a long post, but hear me out.
When I first saw the promos, I thought, "Oh great, another 'one girl fixes five men and their broken house' storyline." ahh shit But I was pleasantly surprised.
Yes, the house is a mess. But are the men?
Three of the brothers are employed, the youngest is a college student, and then there's the father... let's just say he's a different case altogether. But it completely changed my expectations.
Can we first appreciate the symbolism in the names? The brothers are Ganga, Krishna, Satluj, and Mahi, and the woman Krishna marries is Sangam. That's such a beautiful metaphor. Rivers meet at a sangam, and this family slowly finds emotional balance after Sangam enters their lives. Whether intentional or not, I absolutely loved that detail.
Now coming to Ganga.
He's basically manages the house. He wakes up early, makes tea, cooks, cleans, manages the household, and takes care of everyone That small scene where Sangam wakes up and Ganga has already made tea for her says so much more than a hundred loud feminist speeches.
And not only him, all his brothers do their share of work.
Everyone was helping Sangam.
The writers don't preach feminism. They simply normalize equality.
Sangam marries Krishna because she refuses to marry the walking embodiment of patriarchy her father chose for her—a man who literally tells her she'll stay home all day and that he expects a baby within a year. The one who questions her dressing. That conversation alone tells you everything about what kind of life she escaped.
Because of circumstances, she ends up marrying Krishna, thinking it's only a temporary arrangement. Everyone—including the people in the mohalla—assumes she's entered hell because she's now living in a poor house with five men. The society also thinks the 4 brothers father has killed his wife, but I know their is something backstory to it and it also shows how society is so judgy. So they think the girl has entered hell.
But has she?
The house may not have money. It may need repairs. But the people inside treat her with dignity, kindness, and respect—something many wealthy, "respectable" families fail to do.
That's the irony the show captures so well.
Society judges a home by its walls. The show judges it by its values.
And I genuinely feel these brothers will support Sangam's education and ambitions instead of clipping her wings. I wouldn't be surprised if, by the end, Sangam helps renovate the house— because she wants to work on '' affordable housing scheme'' and study architecture in the future. Isn't the whole concept so beautiful.
That's the difference.
Feminism is about choice, dignity, and equality.
If Sangam helps financially, that's great.
If she helps with household work too, i don't mind.
The problem is never household work.
The problem begins when it's assumed that only women are responsible for it while men sit and watch.
In this house, everyone contributes in their own way.
And that's refreshing to watch.
This is also why I get frustrated with many ITV shows.
I'm not saying they shouldn't show misogyny, toxic families, or patriarchal behaviour. They absolutely should, because those things exist.
My problem is how they show it.
Too often, the heroine is insulted, humiliated, character assassinated time and again horribly. And no character questions it or acknowledge it and they don't even realise it it's happening because yeah it has happened all the time. That's how they normalise it ..thiss! they silently pass the patriarchy .
A woman goes back to win her love ...wins back the man who mistreated her , cheated her and it's normalised. That's how you silently pass the patriarchy.
A woman is constantly insulted, blamed and manhandled by her husband and she goes back to him , showing no self respect of her. That how you silently pass the patriarchy.
The audience is conditioned to see this as romance or normal married life.
That's how patriarchy quietly survives—not through one big speech, but through hundreds of tiny moments that go unquestioned.
The same goes for stories where career-driven women suddenly abandon all their dreams to solve endless family drama and kitchen politics, and the narrative presents it as the ideal life without ever asking what she wanted. That's how they silently pass the patriarchy.
These little narrative choices matter because television reaches millions of homes every day.
Small actions normalise it.
Stories shape what people consider acceptable.
and i BLAME the audience who continues to watch such shit. you are normalising it too. passing it in the name of ' it's just for plot' yeah its not. and if they understand it's silently passing those stereotypes and continues to watch in the name of romance. yeah idk what to say pls 🙏🏻
That's why I appreciate Bareilly Ke Bachchan so much.
It's a comedy, but underneath the humour, it's making quiet statements about gender roles, masculinity, family, and respect. It shows men cooking without making them less masculine. It shows kindness without glorifying sacrifice. It challenges stereotypes without turning every episode into a lecture.
That's good writing.
I really hope the writers continue in this direction because it's rare to see an ITV show where equality is shown through everyday actions instead of dramatic monologues.
Sometimes the most feminist scene isn't a powerful speech. It's just this small scenes.
Sometimes it's just an elder brother making tea for the new bride because that's simply what families do.
Call me bias. But i just love this show💗
.. it's so good. The cinematography, the comic elements, the dialogues , the visuals. Top notch. A well written .. well acted. Well edited show. Who's with me? 😭
I mean even with poor makeup or clothes their face card is so high. Like everyone is so handsome and pretty 😂😂 Especially mr satluj.
Felt so bad for Sangam. 🥹💔 Barfi’s bhabhi seems nice… at least for now!
That scene was so disgusting where those workers told Ganga they had made a bet about how many hours the girl would stay. So cheap. 😤
Sangam felt so guilty. 🥲 But how could she have so much faith that her family would understand? 😂 I actually laughed because they haven’t understood her till now, so how are they suddenly going to understand now? 🧐
Aww, Krishna was so emotional when Sangam asked him to go back because everyone was blaming him too. 😓
The way she gave him her bangles and his reaction… 😭🙌🏻💔
Krishna’s dialogues… 😭🥹 They were soooo heartbreaking. 🙂↕️
Sangam is sooo innocent. After everything that happened, how was she still so sure that her family would let her stay at home and not marry her off? 🤔
Aww, that was so cute when Sangam said, “Of course we’ll meet again. You’ve done so much for me, and your brother took such good care of me.” 🥹❤️❤️
Krishna’s dialogue. 🥲 When he said, “Life mein first time gharwalon ki koi tareef kar raha hoon.” 😂 The timing was perfect. 😬
“Phone se pehle dil ki ghanti bajegi.” 🔥😂
It was sooo sweet of Krishna to give her money. 😭😭❤️ That was super cute!
The hug scene was EVERYTHING. 😭❤️❤️ Humari Adhuri Kahani playing in the background, the flashbacks, Krishna’s face… it completely broke my heart. 💔😭
Ganga and Krishna’s conversation. 🥲 He was so worried about Krishna and Sangam. 🥹 And he was absolutely right that her family would never let her go back and would instead marry her off to that videshi murga. 🙂↕️
Ajab Bachchan. 😂🙌🏻 These colony people are so useless! They saw her leaving with Krishna, and they’re still saying she ran away? 😕
Ajab Bachchan was bound to get a heart attack. I mean… 👏😂
Precap: The Bachchans are decorating the stage for the wedding. 😳 Sangam came back. 😳 Sangam: “Aapke ghar mein hamesha aisa hi environment rehta hai?” 😂 But I can’t wait to see how Sangam came back and what exactly happened. 😬
Whyyyy did they leave us on a cliffhanger?! 😭💔
Also, I saw a BTS yesterday where Sangam finds out about the marriage at the police station.
I just finished watching the last episode.
As a member of the Anti Vicky squad...I have a few things to say about this ch0mu...
Vicky is just shameless entitled badtameez pro maxxx😠 Aukaat dikha hi di usne apni🤮
The effin audacity to accuse Sangam for her dad's condition.... trying to emotionally manipulate her to leave Krishna and marry him...just when her dad is in hospital...this man is hitting the lowest of lows😤
Bilkul suar aadmi hai!! And Sangams family ignored all his antics😒
I am sooo happy that Sangam thrashed him...that too relatives k saamne😂😎🩷
He deserves a few punches from Krishna asw🥹🤌🏻
The way Sangam shouted at Vicky, slapped him, and even tried to choke him… Krishna stopped her, or Vicky would’ve been dead today. 😂😂 What a clown Vicky is! 🤡
Police Inspector informed Krishna that his and Sangam’s marriage certificate had arrived… 😬 His lies just keep getting deeper.
The way Krishna held Nirgun’s hand to stop him from slapping Sangam was such an intense moment. 🔥🙆🏻♀️
I guess Sangam will tell the family that the marriage was fake, but honestly… who is going to believe in a police station that a fake marriage happened? 😶
The hospital scene was heartbreaking, especially Sangam’s mom hitting her. And I felt so bad for the Bachchans being taunted that the girl couldn’t even stay in their house for a day. Poor boys… and Ajab Bachchan he was so happy🥺💔
Now I just hope this hospital drama wraps up within the next 2–3 episodes. I really don’t want it to drag. 🤞 #BareillyKeBachchan
