Long story short when we adopted our now 5 year old Golden Retriever I subscribed to the monthly pup box for the first year we had her. One of the toys she received from the box was this pink spikey bouncy ball. It is her favorite toy. She carries it around everywhere and we call it her pacifier. Anyways, when she gets nervous she has a bad habit of chewing off the spikey nubs. It is also nearly 5 years old. I have tried finding something similar to no avail.

• The ball came from a pup box subscription
• I don't think it was inside another toy. I know some of the toys in this subscription box are balls that are made into a different toy by covering it with soft fabric like an acorn toy from around the same time as I was subscribed to the pup box.
• It DOES NOT SQUEAK! It doesn't make any noise and it does not light up. It is just a spikey bouncy ball.
• It is a medium sized ball.
• I don't think the color matters but the one she has is pink.
• The pup boxes I purchased would have been from December 2021 to August 2022.

Is it worth it? And I mainly want it for the Ollie bed in size large which is not in stock now!! Will they restock?
Can I change the size or weight of my dog later? He is going to be a big guy.

Has anyone had bark just ignore their email? I emailed customer support several weeks ago over a toy the arrived broken. I’ve never had this issue in the past. Ive followed up a handful of times and still no response.
