Who else is still up watching this?

Who else is still up watching this?

I’m in Stockholm and it’s almost 4 AM, but there was no chance I was going to sleep tonight. For the first time in my life, I’m actually supporting England because of Harry Kane.

I genuinely want this man to win it all. After all the goals, the heartbreak, and all the jokes about him never winning a trophy, I feel like he deserves a big international title more than anyone.

So here I am, half asleep in Sweden, hoping football finally gives Harry Kane his moment.

What do you guys think of the match so far?

Harry Kane has scored in every knockout game this season

He has shut down all the haters that say he doesn’t turn up in big games. And now he has scored in every knockout game he has played for club and country this season so far and that includes real madrid x2, psg x2, dfb pokal final hattrick and now the world cup knockout rounds.

We are so blessed to have him!

Olise Broke A Record For Most Assists in a Season

Its ironic as soon as Olise broke the record no one mentions it. Even after they kept adjusting the record from 28 to 30 then 31🤣. Olise still breaks it and no mention of it whatsoever. 28 Assists for Bayern and 5 for France soo far. He might break the all time record for most assists in world cup history which is currently at 9. What a season he had❗️

Giulia Gwinn arbeitet am Comeback

Giulia Gwinn arbeitet in München an ihren Comeback.

six Bayern players have reached the round of 16 stage in the world cup🥳

we share the famous trend of having a player in every world cup final since 1982 with inter, though they only have three players representing them at this stage (lautaro, akanji and thuram).

Real Madrid fans are the most annoying people on the planet

They are the most arrogant, delusional and entitled specimen I've ever encountered in football. I cannot stand the incessant discussions about how Perez should sign Olise. Bayern doesn't need their money. Not a single penny, even if they bid half a billion for him. And his link up play with Mbappe being hailed as the best itw.. we literally have the best goalscorer on the planet on our side. Only Messi has had better tally. So if anything it would be a downgrade for him

Toni Kroos strongly 𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐙𝐄𝐃 the German national team following their elimination from the World Cup ⚠️🇩🇪

Speaking on his podcast, Kroos didn’t hold back on the current state of the national team.

“We currently 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 a single world-class player. We have players with 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝-𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥, but that doesn’t mean they are world-class”.

“The world-class players are currently deciding all the World Cup matches and they are leading the top goalscorers’ list. We don’t have a single one there, we have to be 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭.”

“Back when we had successful tournaments, I always had the feeling we could shift into a higher gear. This team is currently 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 of that. We just think we’re better than Paraguay and we’ll win somehow.”

Olise means the world to me

I went through a really hard time this year with the loss of some important people and issues with family, bad anxiety issues, and randomly picked up a remote one day and turnt on a game against Freiburg for no reason. Never used to watch soccer, only played. Caught a glimpse of Olise playing, and now I have two jerseys on my wall, watching the world cup, and at the least, can take my mind off things.

The amount of times i’ve done this dudes celebration while goofing off at the field, argued he’s better than Lamine Yamal without ever watching a barca game, and thinking about how it’s not so bad to be quiet sometimes, thinking before I speak,

This dude genuinely has changed my life, and watching Nathaniel Brown, Saibari, Musiala, Kane, Bischof have all been such great joys to me. I’m genuinely naming my firstborn Olise if it ever gets to that point. It’s incredible how I used to never like watching sports, until I realized it’s about the players you personally have a story for. I will never forget how excited I was to see Olise score that final goal against Real Madrid.
